Ordered what look like a denium jumpsuit,received a very cheap terrible thing,wouldn't waste time ordering from this site,took ages to arrive and nothing like i expected,I want my money back

I ordered a jumper as per the photograph in the advertisement. Woollen, knitted, you could see the texture.
I received a cheap printed sweatshirt with zero texture. I have photographs to compare the two and I wish I could show them on here.

Came so fast, fit perfectly gorgeous outfit

Didn’t arrive didn’t just pay for the outfit also had to pay for customs and it still didn’t get here

fast delivery emails about it went it to spam though came within a week material is really good and feels nice on doesn't itch and u can adjust the length of skirt to how u like it

My outfit in Ibiza was incredible

The outfit arrived 1 day before my festival and didn’t fit me so I had no time to return for a different size. Now I have no reason to wear the dress and have lost £60 in the process. Don’t order unless you are prepared to wait over 2 weeks with no shipping updates etc.

no communication, ordered over a month ago still no parcel

Outfit was good quality and super flattering! Customer service was also amazing and very helpful, ensured my order was delivered in time for my holiday. Will be shopping here again :)

I understand this is a small business however the website stated up to 15 working days for the item to be dispatched which I was well aware however I didn’t get any confirmation email about my order no updates along the way. It was around the 13th working day and I hadn’t heard a thing, I decided to email them and message them on instagram however no response. I decided to comment on one of their instagram posts to get their attention and they did reply to my email within an hour. The day they replied was a Thursday they said the item would be shipped the Monday which was over the 15 working days and I needed it by Monday which was not ideal. I explained that it was over the 15 working days and then she said it was a mistake and it would be shipped Friday first class. I did get the item on the Saturday however the item does not fit how the images show online. I’m not the one to give bad reviews however the customer service is shocking. I shouldn’t need to chase my item or chase an email I have sent by commenting on their instagram post! Please be aware!

Great service! Ordered my set from flare and didn’t notice the turnaround date… needing the outfit for my holiday I emailed daisy and she made it asap for me and shipped it out early. Outfit is so funky and cute ❤️

Baring in mind there is a 15 day turnaround for these outfits, Daisy made this within the weekend for me. The amount of compliments I got regarding the dress was unreal!! Defo be purchasing again!! Xo
