I’ve been very happy with mine.i wear them when I’m in meetings or gatherings as i find crowd noise very triggering.they help a lot with this.i guess they kind of dampen the sound wave as it enters the ear but they don’t make it so you can’t hear like with ear plugs.and they’re comfortable.Sometimes i have to check i have them in because i can’t feel them.Also i lost mine when moving house and they offered to replace them which is very nice of them and not something you see a company do very often.So yeah a big thumbs up from me 👍😁
Help with misophonia
I have misophonia and ADHD and these have been lifechanging for me. They work exactly as described, and help me focus at work and put up with people eating with their mouth open!

I have ordered from Flare Audio a few times now. They have always been quick to respond, polite, friendly and highly efficient at processing my orders. And I have come to rely upon their products which make being in noisy environments bearable.
I have a wonderful experience with Flare Calmer
When buying something, I first ensure I understand how the product works and whom it is for, which is an important step.
Yet, I came across many bad reviews from misunderstood buyers, which is sad.
The Calmer products work as they claim to be, exactly how they are supposed to be, and exactly what I need them to be.
I never thought I could hear this well without the background noise. The clarity of the sounds I hear is beyond my expectations. I hear white noise and cicada noise everywhere, especially around electronic devices. Calmer dampens those sounds and makes people's speech clearer and smoother.
With Calmer, I enjoy conversations with other people. I don't feel drained talking to people anymore. Calmer saves me during company meetings when I want to hide under the table because people are yelling in the meeting.
My sleep also improved with Calmer. I had taken a high dosage (10 mg.) of Melatonin every night for years because I couldn't fall asleep. Wearing Calmer helps reduce white noise in the background, so I can fall asleep more easily without Melatonin supplements.
Besides the superb quality products, their customer support is also top-notch. They helped me with the fit and suggested the models that should fit me best. I wasn't forced into buying anything I didn't want.
After being very satisfied with my regular Flare Calmer, I purchased four more pairs of Calmer's other models (Calmer Pro, Calmer Soft, Calmer Nude, and Calmer Night). I want to have Calmer with me at all times.
Calmer brings joy to my life in a way I never imagined. That's why I believe they deserve a much higher review.

I was waiting for the delivery of my pair of Calmer with such great expectations. However I found myself to be underwhelmed. They are basically useless and make 0 difference. I checked guides on how to fit them and what to expect from them to be sure I was doing everything right, however still 0 effect. Bought them on Amazon and refund option is not a thing. Throwing 20 quid in the bin would have been probably easier and faster

Outstanding kind Customer Support
During ordering at Flare I made a typo in my e-mail address and therefore didn't get the confirmation mail.
As I saw that the amount of the order was already charged on my credit card, I wrote Flare Audio an e-mail, expressing my concern why I didn't get a confirmation. So the error was by my side, was corrected by Flare Audio Customer Support, and I got a confirmation of my order.

Ive used both generations of the Sleep Pro for several years now. I rely on them to block out noise from a busy road and general domestic noise that comes from living in a flat with upstairs and downstairs neighbours. 1st Gen Sleep Pro titanium were a revelation for me. Hearing noise vanish as the memory foam slowly 'settled' in your ear canals was wonderful. As a side sleeper they were a tad uncomfortable after extended wear. 2nd generation with the centres machined out are fabulously comfy even after 10 hour nights. Fit is everything and the red foam tips give me a good seal. I couldnt survive without these.

So my wife bought these for me and I have been using them consistently for over a year. The product is great, they are comfy easy to clean, durable, I can't talk highly enough. Recently I lost one of them while I was out, I reached out to the team to see if I could buy a replacement, they were so great they said they would send me one out!!! So many times companies are focused on the sales, I really feel like these guys care about the customer. Thanks for the great product and the great customer service!!!
These work for me
These work for me - they take the edge off without blocking everything out. For example: I found the 'background' music in a waiting room too loud. Rather than going quickly into overload and feeling too overwhelmed to deal with the situation properly, the Calmers meant I had time to think and get myself away in a calm (pun intended) and sociably acceptable manner.
I have likened them to sunglasses for ears - I can still see everything but it's not painfully bright.
Following the advice to wear them for 24 hours initially meant that I found they helped with things that I hadn't been previously aware of, for instance, someone suddenly using powered tools nearby didn't make me so tense.
I'm trying lots of little things to make the world easier to handle and they definitely do!
Efficient customer service
One of my plugs arrived damaged in evening and I sent photos to show the problem. I had a reply first thing in morning and the issue was solved with a replacement pair.

Flare Calmer 2 not for me
Received my Flare audio Calmer 2 prototype. I found it very difficult to attach the tips and as I was about to give up when I finally got one to attach. I find wearing them is intrusive, I have the original silicone one’s which work great, but Calmer 2 is not for me. While wearing them I’m constantly aware of them and feel like I’m landing in an airplane. I tried to contact Flare but there is no contact info anywhere I can see on their website. So perhaps they’ll respond to a review and come out of hiding.

Twice already today one has gotten stuck in my ear canal and I needed help to take it out.
Possibly a skill issue but I just genuinely think they're pretty dangerous
Brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. I contacted them as I was concerned about the fit (completely my fault, turns out I ordered the wrong size). They were so helpful and straight away issued a credit so I could order the correct ones.

I wear them in pubs and other places which I found very noisy and they work amazingly well! its like magic the difference. You dont notice any physical difference or to sound, you just notice that noisy rooms dont annoy you as much!
