The best customer service I have experienced in years!
The best customer service I have received in many years! Prompt, professional and happy to sort my issue - that was in fact a technical problem with the online ordering, nothing to do with the excellent products they supply, but took ownership of the problem regardless and resolved things immediately.
This has left me feeling very happy with the whole experience and I would highlight how a lot of bigger companies could learn from the team at Flair and I can’t recommend this company enough!

Excellent product from kids to adults, really comfortable and reliable in wear after wear and wash after wash. Often watch football and think the pros have no shin pads on and why does the ref allow it but no they are wearing these! From minis to larger sized protection coupled with sock sleeves and non slip grip socks you cannot go wrong. Get away from the bulk and slim down to these Flair products and you will feel faster, lighter and more protected on the pitch.

Great customer service! The support team responded very quickly and was always friendly and helpful.
The reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is that the first solution offered to me was a 50% discount on a new pair. However, the products were already available with a similar discount on the website, so it did not provide any real additional benefit.
After I explained my concern, the team listened and worked with me to find a better solution. I really appreciated that they took the time to help and resolve the situation.
A special thank you to Jade, Casi, and Queen for their support. Queen especially helped find a solution that worked for me.
Overall, a very positive experience with excellent customer service.
