Their partner Hermes never delivered the items, no updates on tracking. Sent two emails to Flaconi to escalate. Never received a response. Hundreds of euros stolen.

Pathetic is the word to describe. I placed an order for Narciso Rodrigues blue noir perfume and Flaconi has delivered it to someone who is 300 meters away from my apartment (and the customer care says it's my neighborhood to which they delivered
because they could not locate my address. DHL, DPD and all other delivery services are delivering to my address except the ones from Flaconi and Flaconi is So Rude to Say Go and Pick up from your neighbourhood. No it's not a Packt shop but some house) Even after contacting the customer support, the lady is so thick skinned that she is asking me to go and collect the parcel which is not even there. Be careful while ordering

Unsatisfied shipping services, missing some side cosmetics in the box.
Please don’t use Hermes. I can’t find my package, it’s said to have been delivered why it’s lost and I can’t find it anywhere.
Edit: I have found my package a day after, from 2 -> 3 stars but still very inconvenient shipping. Another plus for including free samples (although it’s for women but i’m a man). Also my Sugar Leather by Une Nuit Nomade did not come with the 3 letter cards from the brand like everyone else. Not sure if my perfume is authentic or not.

The selection of the samples is currently still purely random, depending on availability, so that it can sometimes happen that an unsuitable sample is included. Hopefully, unpleasant samples will be soon a thing of the past since this process will be improved. Best regards

Maybe they have competitive prices sometimes, but they are using the most useless delivery company Hermes and parcels are not delivered. On top of that they make an excuses for their useless delivery courier instead of investigating or using other reliable delivery company. I won't be buying here anymore. Not worth nerves and wasting my time.

Good, but...
Just 3 out of 5 due to long time of processing and shipping orders. The rest is fully fine, but if order is placed, paid on Monday and date of shipping is Friday, well, it's way too long in times of developed e-commerce branche. Additionally, outside of peak season what is making long delivery time quite strange. Anyway, I can recommend as prices are good and product selection is large. Cheers!

The delivery time indicated on the website is not true
Delivery time is crazy. So I placed my order on August 18th. It was Sunday, so I knew they were going to pack my order either on Monday or Tuesday. I didn’t expect the courier to knock on my door on Monday morning. Today is August 23rd and I still have no information about my order. They didn't even pack it. I emailed their customer service and received a copy and paste message that said "Generally, our delivery time is only 2-3 days, however, due to the current strong increase in order volume, longer delivery times may occur". Why don’t you have this information on your website? You should write about this so that your customers, before placing an order, think about whether they are willing to wait that long. Then it will be fair. My previous orders also arrived late.
