I ordered several jewellery pieces for my mom and myself. I got her the Love Knot Bracelet, Unbreakable Bond Necklace (she had a bracelet that perfectly matched the necklace), and Butterfly Bracelet - she absolutely loves them! For myself, I chose the Birth Flower Stud Earrings, and I adore their unique flower design. They’re so light and comfortable to wear. I’d definitely recommend this brand.

This company is a scam! They claim to sell 14 ct gold, but the feather ring my partner bought for me broke into two, almost three pieces. I’m extremely disappointed.
This is the second ring we’ve purchased from them. The first one was cheap, so we decided to invest in a 14 ct gold feather ring, hoping it would be stronger, but it broke just like the first one.
When I contacted them, they said they couldn’t do anything except offer 20% off a new purchase. When I asked if I could pay for a repair, they refused and told me to go to a local jeweller to fix it myself. Any honest jewellery store would provide repair options or proper customer support.
Being told to throw away a real gold ring and buy a new one with only a small discount is completely unacceptable. This experience has shown me never to buy valuable jewellery online again, especially not from this shop. Their response was careless and unprofessional. It feels misleading and unfair.
I cannot call it anything else: this is a scam company.

Lovely company I had a ring and it broke I sent them pictures and they just replaced it great and postage there jewellery are so personal I've been buying off them for years definitely recommend them

I have the silver feather ring and I absolutely love it. The company is amazing I recently had an issue and they were so helpful in resolving the issue. It is so nice to feel you are dealing with people that care especially in a time that is becoming so automated and the response is so AI. I would highly recommend this company and the small touches they have with a note and a feather are so thoughtful.
