Scam
Scam! Received the FIXD sensor okay. The receipt showed a total of $21.81 (19.99 plus tax), but my credit card showed a charge of $109. I did not select FIXD Premium, but they charged me for it. I was able to cancel FIXD Premium, but they made it very difficult. Many, many screens. Had to reply over and over again, "Cancel". Haven't used the device, so can't comment on that.

Subscription rip-off
Fixd customer service is 100% atrocious. Will not accept a subscription cancellation after charging, even if you cancel on the same day of the transaction with none of the subscribed days used and despite being able to tell that I had not used the subscription once in the previous 12 months. Plain rip-off. Make sure to unsubscribe from premium on time or simply stay away. Absolutely no point in this device for Australia as well.
