I diid a number of YouTube reviews on Fixd. I was reasonably comfortable spending 20 dollars to send this tool to my son who is in the market for a used car. I ordered it online and had it shipped directly to my son's address. 3 weeks later, I get a declined notice from my bank because someone at Fixd charged my credit card for a subscription for $99.00 that I DID NOT authorize. I did not run across the warning about this practice, before I order the product. This is my experience. As far as how the tool worked for my son, I have not heard.
I have to enter milage every time I used it. My older one didn't do that.
First time user, works exactly as described and the results provided after the scan was completed were clear, precise and very informative. I’m so pleased and happy with my purchase and recommend it highly as an addition to any personal automobile owners automotive diagnostic/repair and maintenance tool chest.
The scanner works just fine but the company is a total ripoff.
DO MOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
Once you buy the device, they subscribe you to a US99 program that you never agreed to.
Good luck getting your hard earned money back.
STAY AWAY!
Once my car warms up, 3 idiot lights come on, they help me see the codes & I can clear and safe them to tell my mechanic.
It’s Awesome to have.

This company is a scam designed to steal your money. Avoid it at all costs.
I bought this product after seeing it advertised on social media, and after I placed my order for one unit and made a payment, I discovered they had taken payment for two units sent them an email to cancel the order, and I was told that it was already shipped the following morning. The order arrived today, 24/3/2026. I tried to download the barcode from the return section of there web site and kept getting a message (We currently do not support international returns). I did make enquiries on there web site, and they only accept returns in the U.S., as I live in the U.K. I can't get a refund or return outside of the U.S., so be careful when ordering from this rip-off company if you're from outside the U.S. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
They tried to charge me 99 dollars unauthorize after I purchased one equipment
