Literally baffled by the popularity of Five Guys. The fries were soft, the "grilled" onions were nothing of the sort, and the burger meat tasted of nothing.
The server was charming,btw.
I had an awful experience. Missing stuff in my burger. Contacted customer services who just responded with procedures and didn't even want to help me. I contacted the ceo twice and he couldn't' even be bothered to reply.
Take you money elsewhere. I spent £43 and the could not care less from the ceo all the way down

The price is ridiculous. Had a bacon dog that was cremated and the hotdog was out of a jar and stuck in a 99p finger roll. Never again.
