The staff are always friendly, the food is very flavourful and good size portions, the Dundee store is a regular with me and my boy. We love the cheese burgers.

Staff the two ladies are horrible and keep shutting. No manners and I asked how can I talk to manager and all kept quite and I again asked but they said don’t comeback in this shop
Staff are horrible. The two ladies working around lunch time are shutting and very poor customer service.

Hairline fracture my tooth through a bit of grizzle in the meat it felt like bone I swallowed it as it was halfway down my throat contacted them and they said thanks for your feedback and that was it, absolutely astonished by this companies lack of care and due diligence to put it right. The staff are great and the food was nice but come on check your produce. I'm seriously thinking of putting in an injury claim, £25 for pain and inflammation thanks five guys
