Very nice and clean place to eat and food was served promptly and hot
McArthurGlen Outlet in Cannock
Customer service is the worst
The company has the worst customer service, will lie and spread hate. When you raise a complaint about food complaint and explain all, they will lie to you, say it is your fault and ignore you.
They ask for pictures of food you ate, sure lets get a time machine, and when you say you can't but will try to provide a picture which will look similar, they accuse you of lies.
Food quality went down, only because of company greed.
Absolutely not worth it - don't waste your money.
Went to the Five Guys in Walthamstow, London. Paid £39.98 for two burgers, one fries, one milkshake and one beer. What a rip-off. The burgers were not very nice at all, and they were just soggy.
Five Guys think we can't see through the marketing rubbish that by putting extra fries all over the bottom of the bag we'll all think we're getting something free - but not at nearly £40 we're not. Will never spend money with this company again - don't waste yours!

Five guys at festival park stoke on Trent, my wife and I have never been to a five guys restaurant before so was interested to try it, the lady who served us was nice and polite, we just ordered something simple, a cheeseburger and fries and a shake each, I was shocked when she said £44.60! I mean come on who charges that for a cheese burger and chips and a drink. Obviously five very rich guys! Lol

I had lunch today at Fiveguys designer outlet. The customer service was amazing. I’m disabled and they helped me to use my QR code and to make my order. I will visit this location again as everyone is very friendly and helpful

For some reason there is loads of bad reviews but I would say five guys is in the top 3 burgers you can buy.
You also get a huge amount of chips in a small, enough for 3 people
Big mistake went in slightly hungry…
Big mistake went in slightly hungry wasn't prepared to have the over priced burger so I settled for a Cajun loaded fries.what a soggy mess, chips were all stuck together with all the sauce they put on the chips also the vile liquid they called cheese and over salty chips i threw half the box in the bin that was my first and last time I'll be using this restaurant the best part was the monkey nuts
if I could of given a minus then that would of been generous
Maidstone Branch
Quality, quality service from the staff there, my order was done perfectly, food like usual, banging, and the service from Callum, Shiva & Pabish was top tier also.
Until next time

Click and collect from Braintree. Late, missing items and lukewarm food!
Click and collect from Braintree.
Initially told they didn't have our order. Eventually they did find it and it was then, seemingly, rushed through. As it was by then a good 25 minutes after the designated pickup time and people were waiting at home for their food we headed straight off. On getting home (10 min drive) we discovered not only lukewarm burgers but only one small tub of fries. £15 of, already overpriced and paid for, fries had been completely missed off. No point in going back as the food would then be stone cold.
Tried ringing the branch several times only to be "told" each time that they were not taking calls or even messages!
Overall abysmal service. Will not be using them again
Great customer service at the Telford…
Great customer service at the Telford branch, the person taking my order was extremely patient with me when I changed my order three times, adding and removing items from my burger. The meal was on point, my cheese bacon burger perfectly served. The banana milkshake I just about finished, having eaten all the fries as well.! 😋👌🍟
Overall a very pleasant experience, great staff, especially the young lady who served me in the black t shirt. Meal and milkshakes were awesome..
Thank you 🙌

Wow what an awful meal
Wow what an awful meal flat warm coke. Burger ok and chips so salty. Absolutely awful avoid at all costs.
Zero Stars
If there was a zero star I would have selected it. Expensive, average quality, a grimy place and soul-less. If ever a business took the P out of its customer's, its this lot. Ashford Design Centre in Kent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The manager in Ipswich seemed to regard his customers as an inconvenience spoiled what has otherwise been a good experience and made me question if they really care about their customers - if that’s the manager what sort of example is that setting ?
This was our first Extremely disappointing food followed by equally disappointing customer serviceexperience of Five…
This was our first experience of Five Guys and unfortunately it has probably been one of the most disappointing takeaway experiences I've had.
We ordered from the Bolton restaurant through Uber Eats on 17 August. The order consisted of three burgers, one large Cajun fries, two small fries and two milkshakes. Even with Uber One and a 40% promotion on the burgers, the order still cost approximately £51.
When it arrived, one portion of fries was missing completely, the fries we did receive were cold and the foil-wrapped burgers were only lukewarm.
The food itself was extremely disappointing. My Bacon Cheeseburger had patties so small compared with the bun that they didn't even cover half of it. The supposedly large Cajun fries was also a very poor portion and looked nothing like the generous serving Five Guys is known for.
I've included a photograph of my Bacon Cheeseburger and "large" Cajun fries. Those two items alone cost £19.90 even with 40% off the burger. Looking at what I actually received, I felt completely ripped off.
I appreciate that delivery can affect food temperature. I actually saw the driver take the order from his car and put it into an insulated bag to carry it to our door, so it didn't appear to have been kept insulated during the journey. I raised this with Five Guys fairly and acknowledged that this may have contributed to the cold fries. However, a delivery driver cannot be responsible for the size of the burger patties, the portion of fries or an item being completely missing from the order.
Unfortunately, the customer service afterwards has made the experience even worse.
Uber Eats refunded the portion of fries that was completely missing. Five Guys subsequently acknowledged in writing that there had been a "quality and accuracy issue with the restaurant" and also stated that our burgers and fries had not been prepared to their usual standards.
Despite acknowledging this, Five Guys refused to offer any goodwill for the food we actually received because the order had been placed through Uber Eats. They repeatedly referred us back to Uber Eats and cited GDPR/payment information as preventing them from providing a refund or compensation.
I repeatedly explained that I was NOT asking Five Guys to refund the Uber Eats transaction. Uber had already refunded the item that was never supplied. I simply asked whether Five Guys would offer a goodwill gesture, such as a voucher, for the separate quality issues that Five Guys itself had acknowledged.
They refused.
I then specifically asked for the complaint to be escalated to a senior member of Customer Services or Customer Relations. After chasing for a response, I was eventually told that Five Guys Support was already the "highest escalation possible" and that no further goodwill would be offered.
I find that response incredibly disappointing. A refund for an item that was paid for but never supplied isn't compensation for the poor quality of the food that actually arrived.
Five Guys commands premium prices, and I was perfectly willing to pay them because I'd heard so many good things about the food and generous portions. Unfortunately, neither the food we received nor the customer service afterwards came remotely close to what I expected for those prices.
This could have been turned around very easily. Five Guys acknowledged that the restaurant got things wrong, and as a first-time customer I would happily have accepted a modest voucher and given them another chance. Instead, after several days of correspondence, their final position was effectively an apology while doing nothing to put the acknowledged quality issues right.
An awful first experience with the food, followed by customer service that ultimately left me even more disappointed.
I genuinely don't think I've ever felt more ripped off or disappointed by a takeaway order.
i had a heart attack
i had a heart attack, they gave me my food for free and paid for all my expenses in the hospital, thank you five guys, ill be coming back soon to have a heart attack there soon...
Bloody awful
Restaurant was very clean and tidy but I’ve never been to one that gives away peanuts in their shells as snacks. We ordered some food and although rather expensive we were open minded and expecting something really special but unfortunately it didn’t happen. Chips were cooked in the skins and the server filled a paper cup and and then a scoop, the cup was placed in a bag and the scoop was thrown in the bag so chips were everywhere. The cheese burger was soggy and nothing short of a melted mess so very disappointing and we won’t be going back at £44 for two of us. This was at Barton Mills and I should have went to Mc D’s around the corner.

The customer service is zero ( they asked me if I told the manager about that, very funny), food burnt and dirty premises, in MetroCentre Gateshead. Avoid this place , don't waste your money.
