I booked taxi which never came. When I called them they told me the booking does not exist although I had confirmational email. Do not recommend this company!!

I booked a taxi days in advance to get me from a wedding in Aldeburgh to the airport. The company called to cancel 30 minutes before even though the app still said I had a driver coming. This left me desperately searching for other options to get me to the airport on time and no attempt to help me from Five Eights

Had to cancel my last two pre-booked (one in the AM and one in the PM, both booked hours in advance) taxis as no driver was ever assigned. Unfortunately if I can’t rely on a taxi service to arrive on time then I can’t rely on them at all. Uninstalled app and won’t use again.

Pre booked a cab to take me to the station, allowing 45 minutes for a 15 minute journey.

Despite checking 15 minutes before it was due, and chasing after another 25 minutes (cab now 10 mins late) the company ultimately cancelled the cab so I missed my train. Would never use again.

Booked on line and confirmed a week before travel. Day before journey company told me drivers do NOT start early and no cab for 6.45am !!! This firm is NOT 24 hours as advertised..

Awful company. Avoid. I booked a taxi from Nayland to Colchester station several days in advance to make sure I got the slot - and the train. Double checked the day before and even bought the booking forward because of roadworks. After half an hour waiting, I gave up. Controller kept lying to me - ‘3 minutes away’, when I could tell from the tracker he was still 20 minutes out. No apology. They didn’t give an hoot. Absolutely hopeless.

I booked a cab from cowdray avenue to coggeshall and was charged £26.00!
Return journey with different cab firm £17.50!!! I won't be using them again!!

Awful taxi service. Rude and aggressive driver! (Seriously Avoid).
Booked a taxi via their App. I also called their office later to confirm that the booking has gone through which they said it has.
At the pickup time the taxi didn’t show up!
Tried calling their office 4 times but as the recognized my mobile number they didn’t pick up. Called them with the landline and they answered (no surprise).
The guy in the office said that the driver has made a mistake and will pick us up in 2 minutes! The app was showing that the driver has arrived at the destination instead of the pickup location 😐
After 20 minutes delay, the driver arrive. When we complained that he is 20 minutes late, he was rude and aggressively shouted that it is not his fault. Once confronted that the taxi office mentioned he has made a mistake he became more aggressive and said he is not taking us anywhere and told us to get out of his car! Called the office again and they didn’t help either. Neither of them bothered to apologize or show being slightly sorry 😡 very unprofessional.

So we booked this using the APP for 6.30pm to get to a wedding.

Just before 6.30pm we checked the APP and they had cancelled this with no warning and no contact.

Absolutely awful service
