They are a fraud

They don’t refund your return.
I bought an Adidas bench, never opened it then decided to return it as I didn’t need it anymore. After more than 2 weeks since I returned the item they have not refunded me and disappeared. I had to start the process to sue them.

We are sorry you feel defrauded, however, you have received your refund in the time previewed from the law which is 14 days from the receipt of the product in our warehouse. We have received your product on the 28 of June and your refund was processed on the 10th of July.

Absolute con artists! Worst customer service I've ever seen. AVOID

I bought a bike in February 2021 that arrived faulty. They accused me of causing the fault (despite it arriving that way) and eventually after weeks of back & forth got the manufacturer to send replacement parts. It is now two months later and the bike still is not functional & I cannot get any response let alone help from customer service!! They forgot to send the tool repair kit with the part (or to even mention that I needed one, or what type) and I have a bike that cost over €200 that has been unusable for two months since I bought it. Absolute scam of a company with the worst customer service in history.

As seen by the company reply below - again, they have accused me of assembling the bike wrong despite the fact that I did not even get the opportunity to attach the pedals because they were sticky and worn when taken out of the box. As the last item required for assembly, I was annoyed to see this. I can only assume they sent out a bike that had been previously returned to the store as broken and that is the one they sent to me. Absolute charlatans and utterly rude- as you can see below. the bike will have to go in the bin at this stage. Save yourself a lot of time and energy and buy anywhere else

Hi Aileen,

We were informed beginning of March about a fault on the pedals of your bike and raised the incidence with the manufacturer who evaluated the pictures and as you mentioned, the technicians confirmed that there was due to a wrong assembly.

Unfortunately, the warranty only covers malfunctioning or broken pedals due to manufacturer defect. Due to the situation and with the aim of solving it, we agreed to sent a new pedal free of charge. However, the tools do not come included with the spare parts, as they do not come with the product. We tried helping you sending videos on how to replace the nut from the crank but it seems that still can´t remove the bolt.

We have suggested manufacturer´s assistance once the restrictions are lifted in Ireland so they can replace the pedal but please note this assistance can not be covered by the warranty, again, the warranty will always cover malfunctioning or broken parts due to manufacturer´s defect.

Great experience!

Due to the large amount of negative reviews saying the customer service is non existent, I sent an email to the customer service looking for some comforting replies before placing the order. They replied straight away and I ordered my reebok cross trainer at the best price on the web and it arrived on time and without any problem whatsoever. I had a great experience with this website and I recommend it!

NordicTrack X32i Incline treadmill

I have had the immense pleasure of purchasing an incline treadmill from FitnessDigital, Spain.
I contacted them in advance, as I was concerned purchasing an item in such a high price range, and was met with excellent and very efficient as well as helpful assistance from Ana. Quick response, problem solving and allround helpful. I actually think this has been my most pleasant online purchase ever.
My treadmill was shipped next day, free shipping, express and arrived after 3 days. Perfect condition except for some damage on the cardboard box from the shipping company's handling - but the tread was not scratched or damaged in any way.
I would not hesitate to buy from Fitnessdigital again - it was a great and professional experience.

Dont buy anything from this company

Dont buy anything from this company. They dont sent you all kind of emails, confirmations, even notification of now they have sent you order, but nothing happen. When you find out, they stop answer you.... I bourgt a reebok mat, and they took the money from my creditcard the same day (not just reserved) and therefore not follow EU law. Stay away from them...

There's no less reputable company

If I had checked review sites before ordering from fitnessdigital then I'd have avoided them like the plague. I hope that others will benefit from my review and avoid dealing with this company.
They don't have a phone number. that really should be the alarm-bell that alerts you to shop elsewhere. My own purchase was a €2,000 treadmill delivered faulty and with parts missing. All communication about the order has been ignored by fitnessdigital. Don't order from them. Deal with a reputable company. I can only hope that many people heed this review and take their business elsewhere. I've learned a valuable lesson, at least.

Bad delivery experience

I’ve placed two orders with you and twice I had problems with the delivery, being delayed or split over more deliveries. I won’t buy from you anymore since it’s so problematic to agree on a delivery day, plus address problems and such.
