I ordered some dumbbells but it wasn't made clear that they were out of stock. I subsequently cancelled the order as the tracking number supplied said "no such number" when I clicked on it. I requested a refund and a few days later a small amount of the order arrived. Carl then agreed to refund me other than shipping. He kept all the shipping and refused to return the GST saying he didn't have to refund the tax. He has no idea or is dishonest. I checked with the ATO and were advised he must return the GST but he refuses to. I am embarrassed for him, must be desperate. This and I have been relentlessly bombarded with emails asking me to buy other products of theirs....

Used these guys a couple of times. The first time they actually botched the order, but fair play, they replied to the live chat at gone 10pm at night, and arranged for a return and to sent the correct goods. So even though they messed up, I was impressed with how quickly they fixed the issues.

Struggled to justify using them since, as unfortunately their prices have been better than a couple of store retailers near me, but by the time you add delivery, they're about the same.
