SCAM

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SHOULD BE GIVEN MINUS FIVE STARS! Ordered on May 23 via Instagram. Order still not received. They would provide neither tracking number nor shipper info. Constant evasion about my order's whereabouts. Claimed order volume causing delays. Stopped answering when I asked for shipper info. "Customer Service" named Aircore Tech, payment card debited in name of dietpillarvitamins, both of which based in UK, I believe. STAY AWAY!

Same experience as everyone else

Same experience as everyone else. Charged $300AUD for 5 bottles which was not the deal - should have been $180AUD. I did not reach the final stage to agree to purchase or was a final price displayed, it took the money before I got to that screen. Tried to cancel immediately when I saw how much was charged but was told it had already shipped (within minutes of paying - yeah right)! Constant emails to them askng for refund and they were a scam but to no avail. I did end up receiving the bottles but nothing like the ones advertised - different brand on bottle with different ingredients (only BHB and nothing else); gummies were not bears but sugar coated squares. Who knows if they’re really BHB or just sugar coated jelly - too scared to take. SCAM - DO NOT BUY!!!

These guys are really bad and I was lucky I did not loose more money. No sooner had I made the credit card transaction a third party tried to hack my credit card, which thankfully was picked up instantly by my bank. No product has arrived and I do not expect any. My e-mails to check the status of the order has been met with generic pre-printed e-mail replies and frankly a complete load of total BS. A full on unabashed SCAM.

My Think Once, Think Twice, Think Three Times before you commit.experience is exactly the same as…

My experience is exactly the same as all other reviewers that rated the product with only one star. Order cancelled same day, but was processed just the same; grossly overcharged rather than what l was supposed to be charged; could not return, as per company reply, c/o stock, according to company, declared a food product even though lid is plastic sealed and in strong plastic bottle; was sent twice as much stock than expected and charged for stock not wanted; bottle labelled as a "dietary supplement". Overall, just take heed of all the previous low rating reviews.........AND Remember......If it sounds too good to be true.......Then Buyer Beware.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Ordered a product for £39.99 and they took £199.95 out of my account. Contacted company straight away so they wouldn't get shipped out for delivery. Received a reply back saying they couldn't as it had already been sent out for delivery minutes after the 'purchase ' Contacted my back to put in a dispute over this but because I hadn't received a confirmation email, a reference number nor a break down of what I bought nothing could be done. So I'm £199.95 down and company enjoying my money. Don't bother buying anything from these people as my bank had informed me that this company is red flagged for taking unauthorised payments from other people!!

Not the real FB

Received my order of 5 bottles of so called Fitbites two days ago. I was under the impression I purchased Australian product made in Australia. Wrong! Package came from USA and wasn't even delivered to the designated address. It was dropped off at a Pharmacy in a different suburb. Anyways, the content of the bottle does not match the way it was advertised. The square looking sugarcoated jelly substance does not taste good and does not smell good either. Took one to taste and see what happens, but soon after chewing the cube a strange bad feeling went through my body. That's the end of taking more of these jelly cubes. I do not trust the content of the product. It states it has 250 mg Apple Cider vinegar in it that you cannot even taste. Far too expensive Apple4 Cider vinegar (if) jelly cubes. This product is nothing but a Rip Off. Do not waste your money on it !

Scam Scam Scam

I have been scammed by some one posing as fitbites. i originally ordered MD+AVC gummies from what i thought was their website. I was charged $300 for 5 bottles, only to find that i had been charged an extra $100. When the product arrived, I got 5 bottles of fitbites and 2 bottles of detox tablets that i didnt even ask for. I researched fitbites which do exist, but their product is completely different from the ones I got. Theirs is an actual gummie, where as the ones I got are like a square sugar coated jellie. Even the bottle and label is different. I tried to find the detox tablets but couldnt find them at all,so they don't even exist. I cut open the capsule and tasted the powder inside, and it tasted like cornflour.
I don't doubt that Fitbites is an actual brand, but whoever is doing this, must be piggy backing off a real website. just be very wary.
when I tried to get in contact with the sender the initial re ply was "Hi" nothing else. it wasn't until I told them that they were a fraud, did i get a response, and then it was to defend their product. When I asked for my money back "Jartz" told me that he couldn't do that as they had already been sent.
Real companies have a 30 day refund policy.
PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING. Make sure it is off a proper website. i will be buying off ebay in future.

a complete ripoff. They charged me over $300 for something that I ordered that cost $90. After complaining they said I’d get a refund “within 5-7 working days”. I’m still waiting 28 days later.
Now they don’t reply to emails.
