I’ve been a loyal Fitbag customer for years, and my order history says it all. I always come back for the Fitbag Jive in grey — it’s simply the best phone sleeve I’ve ever used. The design is timeless, the workmanship is outstanding, and the quality has remained consistent through every model of phone I’ve owned.
What I love most is that it’s a product you rarely see in the U.S. — beautifully made, minimalist, and unique. People often stop me to ask where I got it. It’s perfect for those who prefer to keep their phone “case free” yet still want solid protection while carrying it. The sleeve fits perfectly, adds just enough cushioning, and looks great doing it.
Fitbag continues to stand out for its craftsmanship and understated style — a true example of thoughtful design done right. Highly recommend!

Cannot review the quality of the product as to receive my phone sleeves (less than £39 paid including p&p), I would have to pay an additional £12 to royal mail. Scam delivery to UK, do not buy from Germany.

The material for the new custom slive was marked. The company told me the could not see the issue and pay for the bag to be returned at mu cost, even after spending more getting a custom version. This is after a fair few days passed without anymore. Sent another photo with an asked to pay for the postage. No reply. So normally OK but do not expect help if things go wrong.

Excellent product, well made and fits iPhone 16e (with case) like a glove.

I fell I have to disagree with the few people who gave a negative review as I have always ordered a Fitbag pouch for all my phones and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. Most recently, I received today a Fitbag pouch for my new Galaxy 25 Ultra, which I ordered a week ago. Once again the product is excellent!

I have been purchasing sleeves from fitBAG for my new phones for many years now. Most recently with my new S25 Ultra I had a special request as far as how I wanted the sleeve to fit with the leather back I was using. They were more than happy to accommodate my special request and they made a sleeve to my specifications exactly. It fits perfectly. Just as I wanted. I'll absolutely be back again with my next phone.

I have come back for more as I upgrade my 'phone. The customer service is as excellent as the product.

I recently bought a Fitbag for my Pixel 6a. It fits well and is exactly as I expected. It took a bit longer to arrive than predicted, but I believe that was due to UK postal strikes.

Others have complained of poor communication. I received a confirmation of order email, a link to use to track progress, an email containing the invoice with links, an email confirming despatch and finally an email requesting feedback. I certainly can't fault Fitbag for lack of communication with me.

I would certainly use this company again.

I ordered from the website. I ordered a cloth pouch for my Pixel 7 Pro. I received no emails from them when I made a purchase. Only PayPal.

I contacted them a week later hoping I was not scammed. What I received was an email saying they have not even made it. They asked me to wait for shipping. The problem is, they have not even made it and have now missed the latest date for shipping. Will I ever get what I ordered?

I purchased a fitbag from them. It arrived and my phone didn't fit in it. It was for an iPhone 14 Pro which they relied on me to measure. Apparently I didn't measure it tight enough - it was a few mm off. They don't have algorithms that check you are measuring it correctly even though it is a standard size. Anyway their customer service was appalling. They didn't offer a refund or return. They were rude in their responses. They didn't even offer a discount on a second one. So my purchase is useless and I can throw it in the bin. Never had such bad customer service before and would strongly recommend never buying from them for this reason alone.

I am a buyer from the UK. Owned a fitbag previously a few years ago for an old iPhone 6 and wanted one that fit my new iphone in it's case so that I could protect the phone whilst in pockets and bags. Website instructions were very clear to supply the custom measurements and lots of options for colours and materials. Case is very smart and fits absolutely perfectly. Delivery exceeded expectation too, taking only 9 days from order to reciept for a custom made bag from Germany. Good tracking information too.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max silver cover through Amazon. Amazon are normally first class if there is a problem.
The cover is nappa leather and very nice but I cannot get my phone in it with a protective cover sold by apple . When o asked to return it there was NO PROBLEM -but- I have to PAY postage to GERMANY. They say £3 untracked but I have NO option but to pay tracked and lose my money .
ADVICE- buy British and not from FITBAG
