Fischer kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, from the initial contact right through to installation day.
The radiators are of high quality and the installation team fitted them very well and were extremely clean and tidy.
The team were also very knowledgeable and helpful, during the installation.
I was also impressed to receive a post-installation follow up call from Customer Services!

We had 3 storage radiators fitted as replacements for our previous radiators. The fitters worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up any mess.
The radiators look good and appear to be much more energy efficient to our previous ones. We won’t know until we need to turn them on. We had the Fischer Aqua water heating system fitted several years ago and have have been pleased with that. All company personnel we dealt with, customer service, surveyor and fitters were friendly, polite and helpful. I’d recommend them to others.

Great service from start to finish, we would recommend this company to any of our friends very polite and tidy lads who did the job, even the Rep Tony who came to see us first.

Stylish radiators easy to program

From start to finish our experience with Fischer has been excellent. Initial visit very thorough, communications perfect and the installation very good indeed. Great support throughout the process and very happy with the results.

The engineers were highly competent and friendly.

The plumbers and electricians worked well together and there was minimal mess at all times.

Both the aquafficient & electric radiators were installed efficiently leaving very little mess. The team installing the radiators went above and beyond to ensure all was safe & working properly before they left.
Initial placement of the aquafficient timer was unhelpful but this was moved with little fuss and additional wiring tidied away.
Follow up calls with Dan & the technical team have been excellent, clarifying issues to ensure the warranty is maintained. Open to talk through any issues & answer any questions I may have.
I have already had to replace the batteries in one of the thermostat controllers, but that is the only unexpected issue I have had. Yes, they are more expensive to run over my previous Economy 7 storage heaters but that was my choice & they give me greater flexibility/control of my heating needs.

Our expectation was high . and we were absolutely pleased with the finished product in the form of elegant radiators exactly right for our needs . The team of two , Aaron and Andy , arrived in good time and worked very hard and well . I would say they are an asset to Fischer .
Bright and cheerful , nothing was too much trouble for them , and their attention to clearing up afterwards was

The Fischer team arrived promptly and completed the work in a competent and timely manner. They carefully positioned the equipment to our requirements and were very helpful in explaining how to operate the new Aquafficient installation.

We were delighted with the service we received from Fischer from the very beginning when we were given a demo to the final installation where the two installers arrived early, completed the job and took time to explain how they worked. Nothing was too much. Would definitely recommend.

Good experience, everyone pleasant and helpful . The fitters were helpful and explained how to work radiators.
Though learning to tweak them to a comfort setting was a little difficult till you get used to them .

I would give more stars if possible! My experience with employing workmen since moving into a property that needed updating has been really frustrating hence my trying a bigger company. I have had no hot water for 4 months! I requested a brochure from Fischer via Facebook they sent it and offered me a free consultation which I agreed to. Vinny the salesman was great - no pressure and was very knowledgeable- I said yes straight away which I wasn’t going to do but he arranged the fitting for yesterday. They came- fitted it quickly - it’s great - so easy to use and the hot water is fab. Today I was asked for feedback which I gave. I was told to ring if any problems at all and they guarantee to cover me for instant hot water for 10 years at no extra cost. You get what you pay for. Thank you Fischer I am very pleased

Quick and efficient

Installation went very well. Technicians on time, very pleasant and efficient.
So far, due to clement temperatures, I haven’t put the radiators on.

I purchased an Aquafficient hot water system from Fischer. I previously purchased heating from them and as I was very happy with their products then, I decided to use them again for hot water. The whole process went smoothly and easy. The installation was done very professionally. I am extremely happy with the product and the service provided. Can only recommend Fischer and would definitely use them again
