We were so pleased with the first heater we had installed in the hallway a few years ago, it made perfect sense when the old heater in the lounge needed replacing; it had to be another Fischer heater. Brilliant service from the heating advisor to the office staff who booked the appointment, and the installation engineers, who were polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the company.

So I inherited a house in which my father had installed Fischer electric radiators about 10 years ago. I find these effective at heating rooms though I like to control them individually on a daily basis rather than rely on a set timer. When I am not there they tick over on a frost setting protecting the house. I have now replaced an old emersion hot water tank with a Fischer Aquafficient 6 water heater. I went for this for two reasons. Reliability and effectiveness of the radiators. A discount for being an existing Fischer customer. Installation did not quite go to plan. The plumbing in of the water heater and removal of the old system was very efficient and tidy. However the electrician who arrived on the same day could not connect the controller. He admitted that having not seen the job before hand he did not bring sufficient trunking for the cable run. So this did not happen for a couple of weeks. I could not be present but have since seen the job and am very happy with the quality of the work. I had hot water straight away by using an existing socket so was not left without hot water. Overall I realise these are not the cheapest products but I commend their reliability and effectiveness. Throughout the water heater install I have been contacted by customer service and believe they genuinely wanted this to work for my convenience and satisfaction. So far delighted with the hot water supply. It has increased the comfort in the house.

The planning, instalation and customer information was brilliant. In fact the installation was a day earlier as a free slot was available. The sales, plumbing and electricians interacted with each other very well, so the job was smooth and efficient. Thanks to the team.

Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, fitter was prompt on the day, swapped out my old storage heater for the new one and advised how it works and left me with instructions and thermostat/ programmer . I'm happy I made the right choice.

Two technicians came to fit two heaters and move two plug sockets. They were very polite, professional and respectful. Everything was done in good time. All the rubbish was removed, as it gets recycled by Fischer. They explained how to use the heaters with the remote control. The heaters look fantastic and the service was amazing. Also received a follow up call the next day. 100% happy. Witham, Essex.

Promt attendance and clear, curteous explanations of procedures. The finished work was very good and controls were clearly explained to me. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Radiators were fitted in excellent time;the fitters were helpful and carefully explained how to set the controls. They even brought and used a vacuum cleaner to clear up after themselves.

Following a friendly home visit to assess my property's requirements a professional installation took place a few weeks later. The team kept in touch to try to narrow down their arrival time during the wider appointment window. The fitters were knowledgeable, efficient & tidy - one hoovered whilst the other gave me a run through of my new products.
Customer service Dan's follow-up call the next day was welcome and after identifying a minor hiccup a revisit was scheduled to resolve it promptly with another scheduled follow-up call to double check all's well.

We decided to update our hot water system and picked the Aquafficient water heater from Fischer and we are very pleased with it. The Fischer team were very efficient and installed it in just a few hours, even taking away the cold water tank in the loft that we no longer need because of this new system. It's great having hot water on demand and I'm really pleased we picked Fischer.

Recently my husband and I moved to a property with a very old boiler that make noises all the time when we opened the tab.
I know of the Fischer company from when I was living in the Netherlands.
I immediately called them and arrange for a home visit and quote. Alex was a professional from the beginning of the process until the end when the boiler was installed.
As a matter of fact, everyone provided an excellent service.
I the electric boiler it self, is great!!!!! and energy sufficient and contribute in increased of property value.

I rang 3 times with questions concerning the working and installation of my new water heating system. On each occasion I spoke to Daniel brewin, who was amazing and patient in dealing with my questions and explained answers without getting too technical. Can't fault that support, well impressive.
