Don’t buy Fischer

After giving a five star review. I take it back. The gears on the back wheel broke off, luckily cycling uphill. After 3 weeks of back and forth emails, they explained that that is not under warranty. Unfortunately, I also purchased a second bike for my daughter….lets see what happens

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. My husband got me a nice e-bike as a present, and I was very eager to ride it. It's been over a month and I've been using it only as a regular bike, because the battery does not work. Their customer service insists that it's the charger (of course, replacing it would be 10 times cheaper than a new battery!) but that's not even the problem: they say they have no chargers in their warehouse. They answer emails very late and they give cold, short answers. Absolutely unprofessional. Can't return the bike cause it's been over a month, and that's why I feel their late email replies have been intentional, just dragging the conversation. Appalled by this disgusting display of unprofessionlism.

Great customer care

Very effective and efficient customer service. In a very short time, a problem related to the tailling of the bicycle carrier on a hitch has been brillantly solved. Congratulations on customer care ! Great Customer care.

DONT BUY Ordered two brand new bikes…

DONT BUY Ordered two brand new bikes not only did they send the one wrong bike the other has a faulty engine that doesnt work and now I cant get anyone to help me. Their customer service says they will send some information and never do.

DONT BUY Bestellt zwei brandneue Fahrräder nicht nur schickten sie das eine falsche Fahrrad das andere hat einen fehlerhaften Motor, der nicht funktioniert und jetzt kann ich niemanden bekommen, mir zu helfen. Ihr Kundenservice sagt, sie werden einige Informationen zu senden und nie tun.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. After using 9 months Fischer EM-1865 the charger stopped working. I requested an in warranty change on 18.09.2019 and I never get a clear reply that how and when it can be replaced. The case number is 117114 and it is still open. Whenever I call them they say we have forwarded the request to relevant department but that department is sleeping and never replies back. Not recommended at all!!!
