Anchor plates are used as an alternative to concreting and as an extra safeguard for polytunnel construction and durability. Anchor plates are essential on Polytunnels fitted with Base and Side Rails. A square anchor plate slots over the Foundation Tube (not included) and is fixed at the base of the tube through two clamps, one fixed above and one below. Once buried, the anchor plate will prevent lifting and sinking of the framework. Three sizes available, please see table below for pack contents.
