Outstanding and expert guidance.

I was happy with the call, everything was explained in detail so it was understandable. The service caller was pleasant and great help, I am now happy with my new policy.

Virren Parmar is excellent! I contacted about 9 months ago and there was no annoying, constant sales calls, just clear communication and someone who is clearly incredible at their job. Ive now come back and havent hesitated in choosing to work with Virren over the other companies, due to how he has treated me. Thank you.

Filled in an online form to get quotes for income protection, which instead took me to a page that said someone will call me in 5 minutes with no way to opt out. From then on from 2pm to 6pm, I received 11 calls from different numbers, all flagged as spam. They've tried again today, calling several times, never leaving a message. I don't know if these calls are actually First Thought or if they've sold my number, but either is bad. Please stop calling me, I won't get anything from a company that calls me 11 times a day.

Virren was excellent and calm as he talked me through all my options. Didn’t pressure sell me into any option and gave me time to review all options before progressing into my favoured project. Excellent service and I’d definitely recommend them.

Really good communication, straight forward, kept it as simple as possible and actually really pleasant to talk to. Good listener too and got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable rate with nice extra perks, without having to spend hours on meetings. Would definitely use them again.

Phil gave me the best insight as to what life insurance policy would be best for me as young person (29) as other brokers did not discuss what would be suitable for someone of my age. Phil not only spent the time to make me aware of what insurance policy would be suitable for me but also gave me insights on to what duration is recommended instead of paying it for a longer duration. In doing so he found me a quote 30 pounds cheaper than my current policy. Top service and would highly recommend!
