Best experience ever
I am out of the state and needed cashiering services. Though it took aver an hour, the representative that helped me was a gem. She took her time making sure everything was 100% accurate. Spelling, names, the amount was checked several times throughout the conversation. She walked me step by step, told me what she was doing, and made sure she verified before submitting. Because of this interaction, I would recommend First Tech hands down.

26th yr as a member
Learned today was my 26th yr as a member of 1st Tech CU. Wow that long. Doesn't seem like it. I have always found the staff at the credit unions friendly and helpful whether it was in Oregon branches or in Idaho. I joined this CU when it opened a branch in Springfield,Oregon. Here's to many more years!
