Great experience with my financial representative
Fatima is always very proactive in reaching out to me when necessary and she always takes the time to meet, explain products and offers and answer all my questions. I am happy so far about the management of my bank accounts. Other than that, I am also satisfied of the service at the branch in Bellevue WA that is where I usually go for whatever I need.

This is my favorite location
This is my favorite location, even if it is not the closest for me. I have been coming here for years and I appreciate finding the same experienced, helpful people all the time.
In particular, if not busy, I look for Olena who is very experienced, helpful an diligent.

Best Credit Union in Wastern Washington
Did my walking banking at the First Tech Bridge Pointe office today. Francisca was super helpful and courteous. She also gave me additional tips and options in managing my remaining accounts.
