Amber very quickly understood our needs and upgraded our accounts exactly as promised and all behind the scenes so the process was smooth and transparent.

I'v been with First Tech for 34 years and on the Premier Program with Amber Fish for over 4 years. Amber is always there for any banking questions, requests like adding beneficiaries, adding new Accounts, CDs, Trust accounts, etc. Amber is very responsive throughout the day and saves me many trips to the local branch. Managing both personal and business accounts can sometimes get complicated, but whether we have questions or run into a technical issue, she is always quick to respond and gets things sorted out efficiently.
