I spoke to someone who tried to sell me…
I spoke to someone who tried to sell me health insurance. He was really fast and wanted my bank card to put on file for tomorrows deduction. I said no, so he put someone else on the phone. When he said the word Residual Income, I thought MLM and not a legit company. I told him that you for using the word Residual Income, lost sale. I said do not call me after this, or I will file a restraining order against the company from calling me, no more calls after saying that.
Called for a quote
Called for a quote, asked for affordable pricing, hung up on me and unable to reach them by phone. They're scammers
They are so rude
They are so rude. If I could give them a zero star I would I have never seen anyone so rude in my life once you tell them that you cannot pay the premium the day that they wanted they totally just hang up on you
If I could give a negative star rating
If I could give a negative star rating, I would. They wanted my card information, which I did not give. I merely wanted a quote. Then they started pressuring me and when I said I had to think about it, the "enrollment coordinator" said that I "took time from their day"; and called me "a stupid old lady".
This company is a SCAM
This company is a scam. 100%. Extremely pushy agent insisted I had to e-sign to even get info on the alleged plan I was interested in so I did go ahead and sign up like an idiot. My credit card was immediately charged, absolutely no emails regarding my coverage were sent, nothing from this company either. Was so mad, I called back the next day to cancel and was told I would be charged for 3 months because I did the e-signature. Was also told my policy would go into effect Jan 1st, but I couldn't make an appt w/a Dr until February! Meanwhile I found out about the laws and have to cancel my actual policies through the real providers whom I don't even know who they are yet! Have been bombarded with other scam calls ever since. Over 60 in the first day! Did I mention the e-document disappeared right after I signed it? I no longer have access to it and no copy as promised!
If only I had read these reviews before…
If only I had read these reviews before calling this company for quotes! My experience was nearly identical to the ones described here. I explained that I called only to get quotes. I was pressured to provide banking information to simply get a copy of the specific coverage in writing, and I was charged immediately. After nearly an hour on the phone with another rude agent, I am hoping that the "coverage" I called to cancel is indeed cancelled! I mentioned that while I was on one on the multiple holds, I read the 100% one-star reviews. The agent became defensive. This is definitely a scam outfit. I regret making that initial call. And yes, I am now getting spam-called from various numbers.
These people are such a bait and…
These people are such a bait and switch, scam outfit. A huge waste of time costing me more privacy issues with scammers that I can mention. Spread the word. These people suck!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Extremely rude and pushy, didnt listen to details when provided. Would not let me leave the phone call and then later told me I was wasting her time even though i was trying leave the call. Do not use this company
Rude
Rude, pushy. Since I was stupid enough to buy a "policy" thru them and less than 2 hours later wanted to cancel, I spent forever on hold to do just that. I ended up needing to call by bank and have them get me a new card #.
These people are very ignorant
These people are very ignorant! I've been sick with my kidneys and was out of work and just cause I couldn't pay 60.00 a mouth for a card the man laughed in my face. I mean who really does that, then hung up on me cause I ask if that was really funny and I called back to speak to the manager and they hung up on me again.
I AM UPSET!!!! Getting spammed now non stop!!!!!
I AM UPSET!!!!! STOP CALLING AND SPAMMING ME!!!! Checked online for health insurance quotes. Shortly after I got a call. The guy sounded nice and I gave him some info - expected that he does some reasearch and send proposals. I told him I had to work and couldn't stay on the phone. He wouldn't stop and said he has to finish on phone. He wouldn't stop talking and I hung up - telling him I had to work. He kept calling - After that one call after the other coming in from other agents - BEWARE!!!! Do not fill out any forms. Find a reputable local agent who discusses plans in person or via zoom. SPAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scam company and the most ignorant…
Scam company and the most ignorant sales person. Notified three health agencies and the State of Utah about this scam company to shut them down.
Damnnnit... 15 messages and 5 calls in 30 seconds
Damnnnit... I was just researching and had no idea, my phone number would be sold within seconds, I have received 15 messages and 5 calls, and its not even been 60 seconds. I didn't even think to research the website... DO NOT GIVE THIS SITE YOUR INFO. I wish I could undo it.
Not a single quote was gained.
Health insurance scam!
This is a health insurance scam!! Stay far away! They called me more than 20 times!! When I started asking hard questions such as what's their company website, email, etc.. they started getting very rude and finally hung up on me. This is a scam! Thankfully I didn't give them real info.
I wish I knew how to report this as this is totally illegal and their website looks so real - First Quote Health. Beware!!
Relentless Harassment and Unprofessional Conduct
FirstQuoteHealth has provided one of the worst customer experiences I've ever encountered. After submitting an online form for insurance quotes, I've been subjected to endless, aggressive phone calls - sometimes up to 10 times a day from various numbers. Blocking one number only leads to calls from another.
Despite repeatedly informing them that I've found insurance elsewhere and requesting to be placed on their do-not-call list, the harassment continues unabated. The salespeople are extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. Many start with an overly enthusiastic attitude but abruptly hang up when they realize I'm not a viable lead.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the response was shockingly inappropriate. The alleged supervisor refused to provide an employee ID, instead responding with a crude remark before laughing and hanging up.
The company's representatives are consistently vague about their affiliation and refuse to provide basic information about their company or website. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning.
FirstQuoteHealth's practices appear predatory and their conduct is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against engaging with this company in any capacity.
THIS IS A SCAM!!!
THIS IS A SCAM!!!! They will call and ask you for personal info, the provide a health care plan that sounds too be to be true. When you ask questions, they get frustrated and angry with you for asking, they also ask for your social and a card payment to get the plan started without providing you any sort of documentation that you can see first. They also continue to keep calling from different numbers all from the area code, Norwalk, California. Do not give them any information or sign up for a healthcare plan with them. This is a fake business and they are advertising that they are selling private health insurance at a low-cost, which is just not true.
if I could give 0 stars I would
if I could give 0 stars I would. they took my money and blocked my number so now I have no way of contacting them. save your time and your money and look elsewhere
Very sketchy rude and belligerent…
Very sketchy rude and belligerent staff. Spoke with 2 different “representatives” and both behaved like used car salesmen and hung up on me when I said I couldn’t understand their high rates. RUN!!! This screams SCAM
Had 30 spam calls in two hours.
The SPAM calls won't stop and I was…
The SPAM calls won't stop and I was told by a broker that he paid $50 for my lead!!! I didn't even put my info in this website. When I called the company they were rude and told me "we don't sell leads, we sell insurance. Maybe don't put your number on websites online."
