First Class Air Conditioning Reviews 2

After 20 years of being in the air conditioning business, I made the mistake of joining their team. They fired me because the service manager Matt, had me install a used heater in a customers unit that had failed and blamed it on me because it was defective when he gave it to me. His ego cost me my job! Thanks Matt, you did me a favor! I have more respect for myself than to work for that company! I'm happily back home in the Virgin Islands where I'm respected! This is the second time we have used First Class. But not the last, the company continues to demonstrate the utmost integrity. The techs they employ are honest friendly and hard working. Malik was the coolest. (pun intended)
They will never recommend a service that is not needed, the customer service reps that answer the phone are also wonderful.
Living in Florida you hear a lot of the bad in regards to air conditioning services .
But not here folks....they are Top Notch, was going to say First Class but didn't want to seem to over the top :)
