Hi good afternoon Blessings to you.ive watchd the you tube videos of people useing the first for magnets.ive never done this B4 can anyone plz tell me what is the Best magnet Package i should buy for my first time.There is a Beach where i stay can someone give me the rite information. & Does first for Magnets give or would they advise on which package i should buy im so Excited abt buying a Package but dont know what one to get. + would first for Magnets tie the rope onto the Magnet for me B4 Posting the Magnet Package out to me as the you tube video says that i need to tie Rope through the Loop. Ive watchd the video so many times to see if i can do it im so embarresed i cant do it. Secondary glazing didn't fit
I ordered secondary double glazing (based on my own measurements) when it arrived and it didn't fit I contacted customer services. They pointed out the measurement guide (which I had ignored). They toldme to return the unit and they would recut.

My previous review gave this company 5 stars, but I am disgusted by their dishonesty, hence writing another review and giving them 1 star.
I purchased two separate items on 27/12/24. For the first one, I opted for the standard delivery, and for the second one, I paid extra for ( Royal Mail Express, as they called it). I received two emails at around one pm the same day (Friday) saying they had dispatched the items, but not so according to the Royal Mail, its tracking states that First4Magnets told them that they had dispatched the items at 2 pm on Saturday! Whether I get the items I purchased or not remains to be seen, but, in my opinion, dishonesty is as good as con.
Replying to First4Manets’ comments:
Although I appreciate their sympathetic response, the fact remains that today on 2nd January 2025, the Royal Mail tracking is still reporting “we are expecting it”! It is no good to say we have no control over it since Royal Mail is your chosen default courier, and you didn’t say -at the time of purchase-if you order “we have no control over it” which sounds as pathetic as it is.

We have confirmation that both orders were ready for dispatch on the 27th by us, and were intended to be collected by Royal Mail later that day, so marked as so. However, due to a no show on the couriers end, this pick up did not happen. Unfortunately we have little control of couriers and how their errors effect customers orders.

Excellent quality and cheaper than amazon. There was a bit of a glitch on the website which meant I was overcharged for my order. The following day I received a phone call to let me know. Traumatic Experience with Customer Service
Customer service gaslighted me and called me a liar, very bad experience with Michelle from First4Magnets.
Ordered 2 sets of modelling magnets from them in December 2023 to make some gifts for Christmas. However, upon trying to use the magnets to attach accessories to the models the majority of them snapped in half.
Contacted customer service in January 2024 via email, but they never replied. Then created a PayPal dispute and uploaded a photo of the broken magnets.
First4Magnets claimed that they had replied to my original email, they had not. Then they claimed that the damage was not visible in the photo, the magnets could clearly be seen to be broken. They also wanted a forensic report on how the magnets had been used and why they had snapped, they did not put any trust in the customer at all.
Overall, abhorent customer service! Probably the worst experience I have ever had! Lost the money I spent on the magnets, and had to use a different method to attach the accessories to the models for Christmas.
Thanks for nothing First4Magnets.
