F4F not only makes really good figures but they have great customer service. We have bought several things from them over the years and I can say that their products and customer service is really good. I will continue to buy from them.

It to 3 long years but finally made it. I am happy with it. the only thing that it needs is instructions for putting the case together. figured it out that all glass was defferent size XD. so its good.

Delays in Shipping Caused by COVID-19 Cannot Dull the Beauty of This Statue
While it did take a rather long time for my True Form Midna (Definitive Edition) statue to ship and eventually arrive on my doorstep from when I ordered it back in November 2019 (longer than I would have anticipated, but COVID-19 threw everything for a loop, so this is understandable), what matters is that I got it, and it was all in one piece. The statue is gorgeous, and I gaze upon it all the time to admire it's beauty. Another fine work, First4Figures!

Over all the experience was great
Over all the experience was great. The only thing I would of liked was maybe instructions on how to put the case together. My connection sometimes is very bad and it takes forever for the on-line instructions and video to show up. I did my best, did crack the top of my case, but it still works. Thank you for an awesome piece.

Buying from F4F for a good few years and everything has been perfect until I got Midna. Figure arrived with defects in the paint and the base keeps sticking. Currently talking to CS over it and hopeful things can be rectified. Would highly rank them overall this is just my first major disappointment. Especially having shelled out almost $1000 dollars and waiting 2-3 years.

Bought three statues (Mario & Yoshi, Bowser, and Samus) I was awestruck by the size and quality of each. As for service, I had no issues with communication and tracking each statue was simple. To be be honest dropping a couple grand on blind faith erkked me, but after receiving my statues I’m incredibly satisfied!
