Glasses are OK

Glasses are OK, they get very loose, very quickly.
Ordered from this website quite a few times now as the pretty frames keep drawing me back in, but the quality of the glasses isn't very good, they scratch easily, even with scratch protection and customer service asks for so many specific photos if there is an issue, I keep sending what they ask for in regards to photos and they keep requesting more photos.
Stick to the shops (or another website) ordering online from here isn't great.

Great service.

Was really easy to order. Decent delivery time (to Ontario, Canada). I got progressive glasses and they were great. I didn’t like one pair so I returned them. Great, fast, & friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Good quality pairs at affordable prices

I’ve had around 5 pairs of glasses from these and a pair of sunglasses and I cannot fault them! Stylish and affordable glasses at cheaper prices than the opticians and I don’t think I’ve ever had so many choices of frames before to look at. My daughter has so many beautiful pairs too I love them and they don’t feel cheap they feel good quality pairs

Distance sunglasses very nice ,well…

Distance sunglasses very nice ,well impressed. Mainly for driving and carnt complain . Had taken 1 half weeks to arrive but thats including 2 bank holidays. There's a tracker which is very useful. Would use again.

Had glasses a few times from here and…

Had glasses a few times from here and have to say the frames are so so flimsy. First time the wind blew them off my face and the arm broke but I was compensated. Second pair frames broke and scratched my face. Took them to opticians to check the lenses and they are nothing like the prescription I gave them. Can see better without. My advice don't bother

The lenses are not right

The lenses are not right, they are blurry and are not the same quality as high street lenses. Mine were done from the prescription and are not right, they are varifocal so maybe that is why.

Save your money and time.

Ordered my glasses and the material was cheap. The metal frame was bending into itself, the nose pad extended the distance between the lens and my eyes, making my correct prescription incorrect. You couldnt bend the nose pad as it was fixed in place. Had to show specsavers to see if they could bend the ear piece for me, they were worried about potentially snapping it because of how cheap the metal looked.

I ordered some heart shaped glasses with frames that split into two + charm. Wouldn't recommend, save your money and time. They gave me a full refund and told me not to send it back.

Great glasses

Just received my glasses and I’m absolutely over the moon with them, they fit perfectly, and look beautiful!! Customer service was spot on, I only put one prescription in one lens and not the other by mistake and they noticed and got in contact and fixed sorted it out for me which I thought was brilliant, delivery took about 2 weeks which was good and definitely worth the wait!! Thank you

Firmoo is AMAZING!!!!

Firmoo is amazing I've purchased 4 pairs in the last 2 months and I'm definitely going to be ordering more. The prices were amazing I I got all 4 pairs for less than $150 and with the priority shipping they never disappoint I will be ordering more very soon

The glasses had a bad quality

The glasses had a bad quality and I was not able to wear them. I requested a refund, sent e-mails and never recieved a feedback. Even the frame was nice the glasses were bad.
