Firestorm Kit 

I too put an order in just this Sunday night gone now I know it's xmus period but system says my order is still pending so I'll wait till Friday this week see what happens .failing that I'll take my money back thank you ..but I am paitent .

I placed an order and then saw these reviews after. Honestly had absolutely no issues contacting the company about the concerns I had regarding the reviews. My order came very quickly and the item was exactly as described. Would shop again.

Put an order last week and its still pending. Althou they was fast as hell to take the money but no they dont answer any email ofc. Gonna contact my bank and make a chargeback. Stay away from this scam site should have read the reviews before buying from them

Update: They answered the mail a couple days ago and they told me that everything is getting sorted.

If i get my stuff as they are saying then ill Update this even more and edit the review.

Update 2: The stuff i bought arrived today. Must say that i jumped the conclusion to fast althou they were slow regarding answering mail until i post a review here. ALl happy and good, Would buy from them again :)

Ordered latest heavyweight MVP MTP smock and overtrousers. I added a note to the order to ask for a specific NATO size (not just S/M/L etc). Got an email back a couple of days later confirming the order was en route and was the size specified. Kit arrived shortly after. Good quality. As described. No dramas. Not the speediest retailer I’ve ever dealt with but decent kit at a decent price.

I too believe alot of the 1 star reviews are made up by perhaps 1 complainant. I ordered a MOD 90 ID card holder and it came through within 48 hours, real good quality and at a cheap price than other companies that I've recommended it to a few of the bods from my unit. They kept on top of email correspondence with speedy replies.

Clearly somebody has something against this site and 99% of the recent negative reviews are complete lies and fabricated. There is nothing wrong with this company and I have ordered a number of items from them.

They are a trustworthy site and I'd recommend them

I'm not sure about the other reviews here, but my experience was the complete opposite. The level of customer service that I received from Firestorm was 1st class! I tend to have my doubts making purchases overseas due to the horror stories many have heard. All of my questions via email were answered quickly and professionally and the shipping to Las Vegas, NV took only 3 days... INCREDIBLE! Many thanks to Joe and all at Firestorm from a new lifelong customer.

Do NOT trust this supplier!
You might get lucky and actually receive something. But if something goes wrong and it will, you wont be able to contact this guy. He wont reply to any of your emails and the phone number doesn't even exist.
I have had to try and claim my money back through credit card and have reported him to Citizens Advise, Trading Standards and Action Fraud Police.

DO NOT BUY FROM! NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER. NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS. ..
THEY TOOK MY $$$ NO PROBLEM BUT DID NOT SHIP ANYTHING AT ALL OR EVEN RESPOND...

Same thing as happened to me...this person now selling as 1157 store on Amazon....i ordered items from firestorm. No reply to emails, invalid phone number. Put a complaint in got my refund back and conveniently got a text from DHL to say they were delivering my parcel. Over a month later. Which were coming from another company name he trades under..direct kit ltd. I declined the delivery and said to send them back. Please think twice about ordering from this person..

Wish I had seen this before.
Ordered a UBAC from the site on Monday got the invoice by email and everything but I haven't received anything despite paying for First Class delivery. Tried calling but the phone says the person is unavailable after 1 ring. Please don't buy from this site

Order arrived eventually!!!
Took a month , communication poor ,but like I say gear arrived eventually.

I placed an order last week, worth 100 as I need kit that I can’t get and am due to go away!!! Number doesn’t work! Two emails and no response!!
Has anyone actually got any good feedback from this company or had any orders delivered?

I echo the comments others have made. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ORGANISATION!

I ordered some kit, paid for it online and it didn't arrive. The phone number on the website is not recognized and emails aren't answered. Save your money and go elsewhere as this guy is obviously out to rip you off.

My credit card company gave me a full refund and are now pursuing the company - I hope they succeed.

It's a complete con, you think that you're going to get quality kit however, the kit will never arrive, you won't be able to contact the seller via phone or email because he won't answer. If I could give a rating of below 1 star I would.

Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere else because this bloke is blatantly going to fleece you

The website is what I would call professional looking and clearly at some point in 2015 was as it should be doing reasonable well. I did what everyone else has done placed a reasonable order for various pieces of kit for the uniform. However after receiving a confirmation of order that was it. Nothing arrived chased by e-mail and phone......e-mail - Blank and phone - well it rang and rang and rang until being cut off. I have done the usual duedil the owner and he also runs kitgogo from the address in Reading. After reading the reviews and doing the research I will not be placing another order to either of his web platforms nor other platforms he uses. It is entirely up to you if you wish to take the chance.

Update - after further investigation work. Kitgogo is about to be struck off the companies register for failure to complete on time the confirmation statement. I filed mine on time !!!!

Update 2 - The owner Operates from his Mother Look hard enough you will find.

Update 3 - Credit card obtained a refund. They have also put a watch on FirestromKit. MasterCard where brilliant !!!

Update 4 - I have been told to alter this review by firestorm / trustpilot. However it would have been OK for Firestorm to take monies without providing goods which is monies by deception in British law. Fun how the review has been up for months and yet it has only been asked now to altered. Which gives the impression firestorm is not a running business.
