What I received was fine but the time it took to be delivered considering I was made to pay next day delivery postage charges but didn’t receive the item until over a week later then when I ordered is the reason for a lower star rating

Curb ramps for wheelchair use
Curb ramps for wheelchair use were just what we needed, arrived next working day as advertised, good quality well designed, heavy but very stable. Great service. These were needed for a wheelchair user on Christmas Day and although only ordered 3 days before they arrived Christmas Eve just in time.

Bought a package.Including fire blankets and commissioning cost all paid upfront.
Engineer came pointed out fire blankets also have to be commissioned. Affixed a sticker 30 seconds.
Get a final demand notice through the post for £12.
Received relentless e mails promoting products i don't want.
Never a reminder or even an invoice to my knowledge. Certainly not one through the post until the final demand.
I have a credit score with Nat West of 668 out of 710 never been late with or anything in my life.

Your order originally only included fire extinguisher commissioning, and so when your fire blankets were commissioned too, this incurred an additional charge. We have reminded all our engineers to make it very clear to customers when extra chargeable work is required.
As discussed, a reminder letter was posted to you a few weeks ago, but we do appreciate the postal service is not the most reliable. As a gesture of goodwill, we have cancelled the invoice and will refund this once we have your bank details. I can also confirm that you have been removed from our mailing lists.

I feel like I’m left with no choice but…
I feel like I’m left with no choice but to have to leave another negative review which I do not like to do. The first problem occurred when I ordered a small business fire extinguisher set that included fire extinguishers,fire blankets and signs, I also paid the extra money to have an onsite certification and install, I had someone come out and fit all that required to be fitted, I was asked if I’d like the signs to go on the wall in which I said yes, I was then a few days later sent an invoice for the fitting of the signs and blanket, I was not made aware of there being an additional charge, I contacted fire protection and my last email was completely ignored when I expressed that I was never made aware of this charge and I thought it would be included in the price I added onto the order. When I left a review I received a call from fire protection expressing there concerns of there normal practices and that they don’t necessarily condone not being communicated with, and was promised a refund of the paid invoice, it has now been weeks and I’ve left it and left it, and still I haven’t received it and I was nice enough to remove my last review l, but now I’m not happy and feel completely let down.

Firstly, please accept my apologies for the issues you've encountered - they certainly do not reflect the service our customers normally expect and receive from us.
Our engineers are often happy to carry out extra work if requested by the customer while they're attending. As you'd expect, this incurs an additional charge but as it wasn't clearly communicated at the time with yourself, we agreed to refund the additional charges as a goodwill gesture.
Unfortunately, while this was actioned immediately, there was an admin error on our end which meant you didn't receive the money. My colleague has also tried calling you this morning to explain the situation and apologise. Once we have received your bank details, we will then be able to refund the money.

Delivery site confusion
It was unfortunate that delivery was to a festival site which proved confusing, but I did stipulate this on delivery instructions. Driver made several calls, threatened giving up, in all about half an hour to reach 'nearly' the right place and hand over to someone. It then took me another 45 mins to chase up where it actually was. Glad of perseverance on all sides though. But please read the delivery instructions :-)
