My whole experience with dealing with this company was positive from beginning to end. Despite having specific measurements it was no trouble for a bespoke fire surround to be made within the same pricing and timescale with no additional delivery charge. Delivery was prompt & efficient and we are thrilled with the quality and overall result. Excellent company for quality and service.

100% delighted
Every thing about my experience was excellent from ordering to final delivery. Tilly was exceptionally helpful with my order. The delivery was carefully done and the carriers did not leave until we checked that all was well with the mantelpiece and fire. Only when I confirmed that I was 100% happy was I charged. If only all companies could give such great service!

The driver who made the delivery was awesome! I have never known such a strong man.

Oak to make a home
Buying three items in oak, two of which are to bespoke sizes, the team could not have been more positive and helpful. The goods arrived at the time I was expecting without the excessive packaging some things are wrapped in. Each one is excellent.
