Good experience
Clear and simple end to end ordering and delivery process and the products, Small Belly Firepit and Rotisserie look very high quality. Delivery driver very friendly. The high cost of shipping is borne out by the product being very securely strapped to a pallet which minimizes repetitive handling and damages. Free pallet as well to cut up and use as starter fuel for the Firepit!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to the rise in steel costs we are forced to increase our prices to ensure the business is viable. We pride ourselves on using British steel and manufacturing in Wales which in turn creates a longevity not otherwise offered on the market. This however does increase costs slightly but we believe a few extra pounds for years more enjoyment might just be worth it!

What excellent & expedient service
We bought a plain jane firepit from a retailer but wanted to use charcoal occasionally on it. The retailer told us it would be best to contact the company direct. My wife phoned them up and explained we wanted a charcoal grate to fit in the bottom of the firepit so we could use charcoal. The plain jane firepit doesn't normally have a charcoal grate but they spoke to the blacksmith who manufactured one specifically. There communication is excellent & the quality of their product is excellent. Expedient manufacture to delivery. Well done firepits UK what a refreshing change it is to deal with a great company. As an engineer myself I was impressed with the high quality of the metal working & welding - great stuff thankyou. We will definitely be purchasing some more products from you.

Quality fire pits
Really good range of quality fire pits. Easy to use website and good comms. Not the cheapest but far superior quality to others I have seen. This was a gift for my husband’s birthday and he’s delighted.
I will be buying more add ons in the future I’m sure!

Sought advice on what to buy, got advice, bought stuff, stuff arrived, burning a storm outside now. For those wondering the related size lids do cover both the belly firepit, as well as the optional grill attachment if turned over. This isn’t clear on the website.
