I bought six Vio chairs online back in April. Since then, I have emailed them at least 13 times for an update, plus tried messaging on their website and calling several times. Weeks after my first email they responded - with very little information but a suggestion they will make an effort to complete the order. Then silence again. The company phone number and website are no longer working so I have no meaningful line of communication with them and three months on, I have absolutely no idea what is going on with my order. They have made no effort to action it but also no effort to update me either. They seem completely unconcerned that I have paid them a large sum of money, or about how unsettling it is to have almost no way of communicating with them about it.

Their refusal to refund me has meant I have actually had to request the refund for this order through my credit card provider! This is what it’s all come to. What a massive waste of time for everybody concerned.

This is a review for the website Co Interiors, which is currently rebranding itself as trade only - I wonder if this is to distance themselves from bad reviews? They are affiliated with the company Fire and Co, linked from this page. Neither website is currently open and working as far as I can tell. Watch this space for information on the rebrand.

In summary, if you want a retail provider that has absolutely no sense of ethical responsibility towards their customers, then Co Interiors/Fire and Co Interiors is for you!

I’ve noticed they reply to negative reviews on here to ‘correct’ the narrative. I’m very interested to see what their response is to my review; it will be the most correspondence I’ve had with them in 15 weeks …

Made an online purchase in January with estimated dispatch time of 12 weeks. It has now been 18 weeks, the order is still not dispatched and customer service line remains unresponsive. Tried contacting numerous times via phone, email, chat… nothing. Just took my money and that’s it! Absolutely shocking!

I ordered a vase which eventually arrived today. It was well packed and I’m happy with it. However, I ordered it on 2 April and it is now the 28th. No communication re how long I would have to wait for delivery but plenty of emails with incentives. Perhaps a small order of a vase is bottom of the list when it comes to prioritising. After waiting three weeks I contacted the company for an update. They apologised for the delay and provided a tracking number which did not work. I went on to the app for an update and it said the vase had been delivered two hours previously. There was no sign of it at my home so contacted the company again but received no reply. The vase arrived two days later.

Appalling service. I ordered some cups in December and had no communication from them to say they would delayed. I emailed in January and got a curt reply saying the stock wasn’t in. However, their website showed that it was. When I asked again they said they were still waiting for stock! I wrote again by mid February to say there had been communication and got nothing. Cancelled my order and they refunded but with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay-awful customer service

Ordered the black/gold cutlery set fantastic quality with quite a weighty feel to them, would highly recommend this set, communication with seller was superb, very happy with purchase 😊

I recently bought an electric Fire Suite from this company. It turned out the product in their warehouse was damaged so they advised me of this and offered me an ex-Showroom model at a reduced price, which I accepted. It was a long delivery from North East to Bristol, but product delivered safely to contractors and now installed and working. Very glad to deal with such an honest straight dealing company.

Fantastic product and customer service brilliant. Took a while to be delivered but this was communicated effectively when enquired.

I ordered a sofa from Co Interiors after reading numerous positive online reviews. The buying process was seamless and the customer service I received was great. Being based in London, I had queries around the delivery process and they insisted not to worry and the sofa will be delivered at the date confirmed.

Terrible time line for delivery of simplelall item, over 2 months and they cannot even keep to that. Communication is terrible. I will not be using again. It has been beyond the date, this Sunday still not recieved, all communication has been initiated by me

Confused ? All communication is led by me asking questions, you are already passed delivery date of 9 weeks which is outside of estimate and I haven’t received. Please just be honest and say you didn’t deliver within your time and I had to ask, communication was poor.

Lead time expires tomorrow so outside of that. Just be honest. Why wouldn’t it be one star ?

Always great service at Co Interiors, I bought a dining table recently and the guys were great. I buy for myself and clients too, and it’s always great service and nothing is too much trouble. Items are exactly as described, and they are always so knowledgable and patient as I ask them a million questions each time. I’ll see you soon for the dining chairs!
