Zero Customer Service - Never Have Received a Response
I have used their bill-manager service for about 10 years and it was great. About a month ago, I tried to sign in like usual and got the message "sign in failed". No extra info or reason. I tried finding a way to contact customer service, but the only option they show on the website is an online form that fails to submit anything. I discovered an email address in the fine print of an update email, and tried contacting that multiple times, but never received a response. So for the last few weeks, I haven't been able to access my data on their website (or delete my data from their system if that's what I wanted to do). For a company that has access to and maintains records of sensitive financial data, this is unacceptable.
