I bought a car from this dealer, and less than a month later I started having serious problems with the vehicle. It has now been three months, and my issue still has not been resolved.
When you’re buying, they are incredibly friendly and persuasive — so much so that you feel like you’ve made new friends. They sweet-talk you, reassure you, and make everything sound great. Unfortunately, once you actually need help, that attitude completely disappears. Calls go unanswered, follow-ups lead nowhere, and they become evasive instead of supportive.
I truly wish I had read the reviews of others before purchasing from them. The customer service after the sale has been extremely disappointing, and I’ve been left dealing with an unresolved problem for months.
Learn from my mistake and buyer beware — their friendliness ends the moment they have your money

I can say I will be staying with this dealership long-term! After being scammed several times after passing my test these guys looked after me like no one has! They made sure my car was delivered to me in the best condition and I’m happy and back on the road all thanks to them! Lovely staff and genuine vibes all around I’m extremely grateful! An appalling company. Selling cars that are not fit for purpose and dangerous. Trading standards and the CAB have been contacted.
They are rude, evasive and mendacious.
No stars, they need to be closed down.
Don't make the same mistake that I did.

Purchased a car this summer only to have issues from day of delivery, I've been in contact with seller since then to be ignored and they no longer respond to my calls for assistance. I have sent legal letters requesting action and involved trading standards, after search the internet I found more horrible examples of bad selling similar to my experience. They have a person called Adam who runs the show but never deals with issues, the rest of the staff don't know what they are doing, one deals with calls but never answers the other is emails but never responds.

During my last call with them they blatantly ignored my request for a full refund even though they have been sent legal letters requesting action. I have proof of all of this, I have delved into this further a found plenty of poor customer experience reviews, based on other online reviews they could possible once known as Rays Cars and Affordable Used Cars Leicester as the names and comments of bad customer service matches the feedback for Fine Motors Ltd in Leicester.

Do not buy from this seller you will regret it.
Proof of miss selling can be proven.

Their positive reviews, though only a few on AA etc are likely created by their staff and friends as these do not show as customers reviews. Their FB page has nothing but bad feedback.
