Efficient service

We visited their factory and show room following a personal recommendation. We thought the quality of their fitted wardrobes was good. We had to wait 3 months for a slot but communication was good and the work was completed on schedule. We are pleased with the final result.

We’re really pleased with the quality of our new kitchen and the fact that we were able to design it exactly how we wanted it. Fine Finish were really accommodating with the many changes that I made and the joiners that did the fitting were excellent.

We recently moved to a new house and had a number of projects we wanted to do - a substantial bookcase filling an entire wall in the lounge, a storage/display unit in the kitchen and built-in wardrobes for one of the bedrooms. We gave the basic requirements to FFF and Rachel came back with some great ideas. The quote was great too and we had no hesitation in going ahead.
All three were installed over a 4-day period by Michael, who was clean and tidy and did a fantastic job. We had one small snagging issue which Michael came back and fixed with no hassle at all.
Overall it was a fantastic experience, we got exactly what we wanted and at a great price. We couldn't be more delighted and would have no hesitation in using FFF again.

We had our oak kitchen repainted and modernised with the addition of a new breakfast cupboard and quartz worktops. We are delighted with the result. Fine finish are an experienced efficient and professional team who gave us excellent advice.

From our very first visit to the after care service, everything about Fine Finish is about customer focus and a quality end product. Rachel is an incredible designer. We provided her with the architectural drawing of our extension and a brief of to design a kitchen and utility room. The end result is absolutely incredible, we are so pleased. Throughout the process we stayed very clear on what we wanted and Rachel through product and design experience provided the solutions. Michael was very meticulous and skilled in his fitting and Andrew provided support with the after care.

Great customer service. Nothing too much trouble. For example suggested I go for a granite kitchen too and they were right. I love it.

The company worked hard to match the wood to the existing pieces, very successfully. The craftsman were quick and efficient and I am very pleased with the result.

Very professional and tidy service. The replacement of old wood doors with modern finish has transformed our bedroom nicely.

We used Fine Finish to design and fit some wardrobes in a very tricky bedroom with sloping ceilings, raised joists and a void into the eaves - quite a challenge, but they came up trumps yet again and we are so pleased with the results. We have extra deep wardrobes with shelving behind the hanging rails, deceptively deep drawers that utilise the under eaves space and a beautiful finish throughout. I know the angles of our room caused a few headaches for the design team but the finished result is fantastic. Thanks again to the whole team. We would highly recommend.

We have used Fine Finish twice now. Once for a kitchen upgrade and recently for a master bedroom refit. On both occasions the service has been first class - from design and planning, project management and the standard of work completed. We can't recommend them highly enough.

First of all I tried someone else to paint my kitchen and it was a disaster and I lost a lot of faith in the process. I spoke to a further five companies. Mark responded and from the moment I met him, it was clear he is a true professional and very good at what he does. He was on time, very clear with the steps, explained his methods and had a (competitive) quote over to me that night. Over a period of around a week, including a day and a half in the kitchen itself, he transformed our kitchen, the detail he went to, the quality of the finish and the care he took throughout was exceptional. Excellent service from design to installation. Could not recommend Fine Finish highly enough. Design staff listened to our requirements and produced an excellent functional design with some nice detailing. The installation team were polite, considerate and each trade did an excellent job. Effective project management meant the project ran smoothly removing any stress for the customer. The whole team couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you.

We love our new kitchen!!

We looked at all the usual places for ideas but spotted Fine Finish while checking out cookers at Appliance City (also highly recommended!) and they have been brilliant.

Rachel was great at helping to achieve a design that was feasible in our kitchen and that worked well for us - we even got a much admired wavy cupboard - and she never once hid as we approached the showroom with yet another change or query. She coordinated with our floor fitters to ensure everything went smoothly.

Everyone who worked on the installation was friendly, polite and really helpful. Michael deserves a special mention for his patience with our questions and for the high quality of his work. All the subcontractors were also very personable and their work was of a high standard.

Any small hiccups were dealt quickly sorted without fuss and to bring about the best result.

As I said - we really love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Fine Finish Furniture and all their team.

We were well support and advised during the design stage. The fitting plan was agree many weeks ahead and all the trades arrived to plan. Clean and tidy fitting, we are well pleased with the whole project. Maybe a little pricey compared to others but we did get non- standard size units in a custom colour.

Great attention to detail. Multiple check in points to make sure things are going well.
Fixed any snags promptly.
Just generally easy and stress free.

Having previously used Fine Finish Furniture to make a bespoke oak fitted wardrobe I asked them if they could make two custom kitchen island end panels that couldn’t be provided by my kitchen manufacturer and they did not disappoint! They’re made to a high standard with an exact match to the sample door provided with a quick turnaround. Thank you Fine Finish Furnature!
