Stunning coverless duvets
Been looking at the coverless duvets for a while and wish I had done it sooner. Very beautiful and made really well. Fast delivery and I love that you get 2 matching pillow cases and a holdall bag for storage. Will be looking to get a winter one in a few months.

Fine Bedding Fine Print!
Paid extra to have it delivered next day (before the midday cut off as they stipulated) only to be told that actually it’s a 1-2 day delivery. At first they blamed the courier and said that then don’t guarantee it until I pointed out it wasn’t even dispatched until the day they were supposed to deliver it so it’d never have arrived in time anyway. No offer of a refund, just a defensive “read the terms” from customer service. Annoying as I paid extra for a reason (needed it for a holiday).
Poor customer service, poor terms and the only reason they’re 2 stars is that now I’ve finally got the duvet it’s nice enough.

We completely understand why this was frustrating, especially as you paid extra for next-day delivery because you needed the duvet before your holiday.
Our delivery terms state that orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day, and while next-day delivery is what we aim for, it isn't guaranteed due to the courier service used. That said, we appreciate your comments regarding the dispatch timing and understand why this added to your frustration.

Very pleased with my coverless duvet…
Very pleased with my coverless duvet mine was 10.5tog it was so light i loved it. Washes superbly cant recommend it enough for elderly ladies living alone its great, and busy moms.

Ordered a king size tufted Coverless…
Ordered a king size tufted Coverless duvet set. I expected delivery in a few working days, but 2 days later it arrived! I have purchased many of these in winter and summer weights and they are wonderfully easy to launder and dry and they look and feel lovely. No struggling with a duvet cover only to discover its on sideways! They are also great value for money. I launder them weekly so they are always fresh.

I love the coverless duvets.I have 4, 2 summer weight and 2 winter weight. They are easy to wash and dry. All the bedding is great quality, I have matching pillow cases and also the pillow cases in the cooling range. Their delivery service is very quick also. I love the cotton bags the duvet's come in, great for storing them when not in use
