I’m very pleased with the final outcome of my resume and LinkedIn profile, and I’m grateful for the effort that Kimberly, as my resume writer, put into capturing my experience and professional story. The process began with an outline of expectations on the process from her via email. We scheduled a phone call to discuss my background and goals, and while I did have to remind the writer of our meeting, they were very professional and attentive once we connected — even though I had a pretty bad headache that day! Despite that, they made sure to ask insightful questions and really took the time to understand my experience.

Throughout the process, there were a couple of moments where I had to follow up — once to remind them to also update my LinkedIn profile and again to receive the final documents. While I would have appreciated a bit more proactivity on those fronts, I truly can’t fault the quality of the work and hope it's due to high demand on her part. This process was so smooth and I was able to get my 5 page federal resume converted to a private sector resume while retaining important facts and achievements.
