I had a difficult time finding an older version filtre bowl at a reasonable price in North America... the one I ordered from FP took only 10 days to arrive at my doorstep in Canada from Australia!

I had ordered early January

I had ordered early January. I expected the team to still be on holidays. I was amazed to get an email saying, your order is being processed. It arrived right on time, packed very securely.
I would definitely deal with Filters Plus again.
And thanks for the M&Ms, love them.

Service like it was 20 years ago

One of the guys there helped me rectify my own ordering screw-up by finding the correct filter and arranging the return of the incorrect unit at no expense. All without being condescending! That's pretty rare service.

Good products, good price…

I have used filtersplus nunerous times over the years.

They always give good service, and sell good priced items.

This particular occasion, the only reason I couldn't leave a 5star review was minor things-

-only open mon-fri
- the sump plug supplied in the FK007 filter kit is not the correct one for the 1kdftv in my KDJ150r prado.

Filters I ordered arrived less than 2…

Filters I ordered arrived less than 2 days later, they were the correct ones for my vehicle with the exception of the magnetic sump plug the thread was considerably shorter than the original one and worked loose under idle loosing oil resulting my having to use the original one again. Other tan that everything elde was great

TOOK MONTHS FOR MY FILTERS TO ARRIVE AS THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY AT TIME OF ORDER THOUGH.
