They have NO customer service. Calls go to a message service and never returned. Emails go unanswered. You'll need a crystal ball to figure out if your orders are shipped and will never have a tracking number to track them. No confirmation email either. Stay away if you need to operate a business with some degree of certainty and schedules !
I've been ordering from them for over 10 years, one thing is for sure. We always receive our order within there shipping times. I emailed once to please rush it out the door and they were able to ship out the same day.
Great quality name brand products, Helpful and always respond within 12hrs. I wish it was quicker but at least i get a reponce everytime.

Filterace sells undersized filters for standard return air grills. They do not fit well therefore will not filter well. Danny agreed to the return of these filters for a refund and issued a RMA#. He has had my filters for 2 weeks and has still not acknowledged that he has them. My UPS tracking says they were left on the front porch of a residential address. I purchased using paypal and opened a complaint with them. He promptly got it closed by promising a refund which I have yet to receive. I must now go through my credit card issuer to file for a refund. Danny will also insult you personally if you get demanding about quality customer service. Beware of this company.
