Filmdoo is of questionable quality.

Very slow website watching from the Netherlands.
Average time between a click and a result is more than 40 seconds and sometimes you get a time out.
The artistic quality of their offering is highly questionable.
I saw the compilation of six short films they put together called 'At First Glance' (2022).
Over the past year, I've seen about 100 movies with the same theme as this movie: the physical and emotional attraction between women.
At First Glance is among the five worst films in this category.
Contrived and unnatural acting, a lack of genuine emotion, a very weak script, and subpar direction. And it's precisely this compilation that filmdoo.com lends its support and approval to.
Filmdoo is of questionable quality.

What a terrible website

What a terrible website. Very hard to play any film, especially on phone. Poor quality of movies.

Thank you for your review. My name is William Page and I am one of the co-founders of FilmDoo. I wanted to respond to your feedback as I hope it will be helpful.

We are a very small startup that is trying to build a website helping people to discover great films from around the world. Consequently, I admit we could have better technology but as you can appreciate we are bootstrapped and trying to do what we can with limited resources.

Every year thousands of movies get made, film makers pour their heart and soul into making a film and then no one can legally see the films, this is something we are passionate about changing.

With regards to the quality of movies, we do have films which are, frankly, artistic and/or very international in nature so i apologise if there wasn't anything on the site that you wanted to see.

I'd be happy to have a call sometime to hear your suggestions on improvements to the website and to the choice of movies.
