Website is easy to navigate. Really competitive pricing. Communication was excellent, I even received a call from Lisa to advise me that my order was placed and would be delivered the next day. I emailed a query via the website and I had a positive reply the next day.

The posts were quite heavy so shipping costs were reasonable.

I cannot fault the service I received from Filcris and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had no hesitation in aproaching Filcris for my recent project, for material to construct 2 raised planters to replace similar ones, which were constructed in timber and had eventually rotted.
I had purchased material from them for curved lawn edging a couple of years ago and found them to be a first class company, Chris advising me before placing my order, on the most appropriate material for the fairly tight radius I needed to achieve.
For my planters, Chris suggested material they had used on a similar project and sent me a photograph of the finished items which helped me immensely.
I ordered the recycled plastic planks and posts on their user-friendly website and was amazed when I received a call from them the same afternoon, to say my order would be delivered the following day.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Filcris for supplying recycled plastic materials and for any advice anyone may require for their projects prior to ordering.

Easy to order online. Prices of products very reasonable. Excellent quality. Considering weight of items ordered delivery costs reasonable & most importantly very quick usually next day after despatch. One of my items didn't arrive but rang & told not to worry it will be delivered if not "we will send a replacement". It did arrive a day or so later. Would recommend to anyone.

Looked at variations on other raised beds and these came out tops. Good price, delivered quickly and where I wanted them, very easy to put together, and they look good.
Had a couple of guys out to erect some fences and they both asked for details of where to buy them as they look so good.

The Filcris garden railway products are ingenious use of recycled plastic, that make a great way to build a durable track bed quickly and easily. Plus absolutely outstanding customer service, thank you Lisa for making sure everything was just right. My order was well packed and delivered in under 24hrs. If only other companies to work to this standard.

I was looking for some sturdy recycled plastic beams to keep my new log cabin off the ground. When I found this site I was amazed by the range and have already bookmarked them for future projects.
Great price, helpful advice when I phoned and the planks despite being quite long and heavy were delivered within 2 days of my order.
If only all businesses were this easy to deal with.

Needed to order some recycled posts and Filcris had a good price, plus a reasonable delivery charge compared to a lot of other companies online. Great communication and fast delivery. Will use again.

I felt nervous ordering such an expensive heavy order (expensive just because I was needing quite a lot of 3m planks! It was the best value place I came across to get the materials I needed). But the friendly communicative team at Filcris put me at ease.
They were very responsive to my questions, and I was called beforehand to arrange a delivery day. They also checked in by email afterwards, to ensure everything had gone ok with the delivery.

I'm unlikely to need to order from them again. But I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who wants to buy recycled plastic wood etc.

What an excellent company to deal with. They're so helpful, so generous with technical advice, and their delivery notification is second to none - instead of a vague e-mail, they phone to check if their proposed delivery time is acceptable, and ask where the goods should be left.

Customer service is superb. There was a hiccup with one order (damaged by the courier) - it was resolved and a replacement delivered, without argument, without excuses, within 36 hours.

This is so easy to give 5 stars. Needed 'stuff' by a certain date, well before their stated estimated lead time. This is not off the shelf 'stuff' and needs to be constructed at their business prior to packaging and shipping. Every one I spoke to were more than happy to try and fulfil my order even though they had people off on holidays. I wasn't dissapointed in being told that they may miss the delivery date as I really was pushing my luck. Outstanding customer service, awesome communication. Thank you Phil, Lisa and everyone at Filcris. We will definitely using Filcris for future orders and try to stay within their construction and delivery times!
