Avoid doing business with this company! Terrible customer service. You think ordering online is a simple process? Think again. Mouthy cow!

Been using this company now for a couple of years. Sammie has always been very helpful with all enquires. Kit is very good with very good prices. I would highly recommend this company.

I've used FT off and on for a few years, finally gave up on them today, lost orders, faulty orders, orders which literally took months, and now they're unable to complete even the most basic operations. I GIVE UP!

Very disappointed! Have been waiting since the beginning of Nov. Now its Dec.22. Twice they've promised the order will be sent that very day, but still nothing. A short message regarding the current status would be good, but unfortunately no reply to my emails. What a shame. When I did get someone on the phone they seemed very nice and helpful. Sammie seemed to be permanently busy or in a meeting. Does she really exist?

Ordered an item and waited for delivery information after the initial order placed with PayPal. I emailed them twice for delivery details but they did not respond to either email. Very poor and would not recommend them at all. Issuing a dispute resolution with Paypal.

Ordered a pack of boots two weeks ago and was waiting one week for any information! Called after one week to be told that the parcel was with dpd 2 day service! That was 6 days ago and still no parcel! Called again on Friday to be told I need to talk with Sammie after calling again was told that she was in a meeting and they took my number and promised she would call me !! Waited all day and still waiting!! Very poor customer service and some people telling lies ! This was my first order with them and will be my last

Two orders within 10 minutes of each other, as instructed by seller, leave message in second order comment box to combine the orders for delivery. Done ….. only order one came . Called to find out what had happened, they call back after 10 speak to Sam they’ll sort it . No answer! Sent emails no reply! Call again and again no answer! .

Ordered in the beginning of October multiple emails and calls with no reply.

One item did not arrive with the order. I've tried contacting them twice with no reply. Waste of time and money, there are plenty of other surplus sites out there.

Have been a customer for 10 years. Field Textiles supply good quality military surplus at good prices. Have no hesitation in recommending them. Only had one issue with an order and it was sorted out efficiently.

great company. I bought some boots off them on ebay, there was a slight fault. Which the rectified immediately. I would use again and recommend anyone requiring millitary grade boots
