hi i have had a lot of problems with…

hi i have had a lot of problems with the Johnson mfiat in swindon. I want to start by saying that on average I spend 700 paund a year to always have my car in top condition. and I think it's a bit too much because they take advantage of people like me who pay and say nothing. but now I'm tired, in May I took my car back to fiat because I had problems with the brake pedal that didn't lift immediately so they told me we had to change the master cylinder cost more 400 paund i thinks is to much. But i pay because i need the car.and the problem was solved So I brought the car on the prearranged day and I went to allow that I took the taxi both to go and to come, because I asked for a replacement car to go to work and they asked me a lot of money for me this is not fair. after a week i came back with the same problem and since then i couldn't work because i always had that problem and one day i was risking having an accident too, the fiat staff told me that tested the car is now fine. but that's not the case I went back and one of the people at the desk made me talk to a manager who also told me the same thing so I did it after a few days I went back and one of the 2 secretaries was very arrogant and told me that I I told her to change that piece which was not true then in the end I brought the car back and they told me that I had to go and get it after 10 days because the Manager wasn't there, so I allowed myself to lose money because I'm not working is more money for the taxi. all this we reached the month of July when yesterday I went to pick up the car they told me they didn't do anything because the Manager was sick and couldn't come to work and therefore no one had the authority to check my car when I asked for an explanation the same person turned to me in a rude way she is arrogant as if it was my fault and told me that they haven't had a manager since March this had nothing to do with my problem then I had to leave once again without my car because they said that perhaps the Manager will return to all this on Monday I am wasting time and money and I don't know who is paying me for this.

FIAT - Ripon - TERRIBLE SALESMAN

FIAT - Ripon

Saleman was so rude and could not be bothered making an effort.

Wanted to order a car and all he had to do was take the order. How he gets commission I don't not understand.

Avoid and go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A FIAT

DO NOT BUY A FIAT

They have the nickname 'fix it again tomorrow' for good reason.

They are cheaply made, break off so quickly, the parts scratch easily and they last a max of just after warranty expires then they fall apart.

The customer service line is on a premium number so when you need help it costs you.

The whole purpose of buying a new car was so that I would have less initial issues but this car has been a nightmare.

The gear stick FELL OFF and went under my peddle, almost killing me. TWICE.

I appealed to Fiat for a good will claim and after months of not getting through to them they pretty much told me to f off and wanted to charge me almost £200.

So yeah. awful car. do not recommend. what a waste of 17k LOL

Fiat is a company that has survived in…

Fiat is a company that has survived in Europe for 121 years! Founded in Turin in 1899. But since coming back to American shores they have been maligned viciously and slowly forced out of business in America yet again. I’ve owned two Fiats both of which I loved, the first one traded for the second that we own today..and the only reason I traded it away was the crappy Mopar fan assembly that fails in many other Chrysler products. Fiat buying Chrysler did them no favors. In fact only one Chrysler model is still made, the Pacifica Minivan...all others are discontinued.
But let me tell you.. when my 2016 Trekking plus Fiat 500x fan failed.. Again an AMERICAN sourced part assembly , Fiat stepped right up and gave us a rental for 4 weeks while the parts where ordered and replaced, and the car was fine... but I didn’t trust its American underpinnings anymore so we traded for an all Italian 500 Abarth, which only shares the Chrysler Uconnect system. FCA ( Fiat Corp America ) has always treated me wonderfully, most recently covering my out of pocket expenses for some warranty covered parts ( cosmetic ) my local dealer never sourced for me. ( Rick Case Fiat , see below ). The Abarth is my fav car out of 50 I have owned over the years, ( I’m 58 ) and we plan on keeping her well into the next decade at least, if not indefinitely. Now the Abarth 500 is no longer going to be available in America, and in fact many American Fiat dealers are shunning the brand all together, Agrigio Sawgrass Fiat no longer sells them or even services them...nor does Rick Case Fiat in Westin FL, they in fact won’t even return calls now, and I bought our first Fiat FROM them ! It’s a pity. The 500 is and will always be remembered by those who go “it” as a great little car. Little being subjective.. with the rear seat folded, ours fit 4 dining room chairs! Try that with your Mustang.

Ignorant

Ignorant, arrogant company are just two of the words I would use to describe their service. They misregistered my vehicle and caused a lot of problems for me and seem to think that they are above the law. I will never buy a Fiat again. horrible company and even their dealerships have bad attitudes or are simply unhelpful!
