I like that I can make my hair done so beautiful and my hairstyle lasts.

I bought a Dyson V11 Total Clean with a price of 499€. Out of the box I right away noticed that all the attachment connectors on the vacuum are wobbling. They attach good, but there is a significant wobble while being connected. I sent Dyson a complaint and they replaced the vacuum with a new one. Once the new vacuum arrived, its attachments too were wobbly. Then I googled this problem and it seems that this problem is very known. I decided to try the vacuum a while and if the wobble is too bothering, I'll make another warranty claim and try to get my money back. Too bad, the functionality on this vacuum seems otherwise quite nice - just bad quality on the connectors.

My previous Dyson lasted 12 years this recent one that I bought from Dyson on November 22 lasted one month and needed to take to the repair center.

Product is very good and its shipment experience was nice.

The shipping was ok, but I got a partly broken product. They didn’t answer the phone despite several attempts and the chat was closed even though the automatic response said they should be open. I had to use WhatsApp to open a case.

I finally got the case open, but I got no help or replies after a week, just a case number.

This is my second Dyson and the vacuum itself is good. If you have an issue with one of these, don’t expect any help or your money back.

Save your sanity from buying this vacuum! I found my partner vacuums almost everyday anytime of the day! Lol its so good and satisfying he’s helping me from the household chores, or at least from cleaning the house!

I bought a Dyson V10 for 399e and got the docking station with extra cleaning heads (worth 150e) for free - a better deal than from any of the retailers.
The product is fantastic, makes cleaning fun and not really using the old hoover anymore.
Shipment arrived super fast in 2 days from ordering. Perfect experience overall.

The purchasing part from dyson.fi was excellent. The problem was the delivery to home by PostNord. I chose that option because I was going to be home for the estimated day of arrival, give or take a few days extra. Somehow the delivery did not happen. The communication with PostNord was impossible.. they offer WhatsApp messaging to “talk to the customer service” but it took a whole day to exchange one question at a time. Finally I got my Dyson yesterday, 13 days after the purchase.
I hope that you (Dyson.fi) will add more options for delivery in the future.

I have ordered almost 3 weeks ago and until now the product didn’t arrive yet. I don’t know how to handle the delivery since i am out of the country traveling.

Our cordless vacuum had a problem with the pistol shortly after the warranty had expired. Folks at Dyson were kind enough to extend the warranty and we got a replacement part within a week from initial contact. The customer service was very nice and very professional. Have loved our vacuum and will continue to do so in the future!

We had trouble using the V10. It had lost its capacity to suck in the dirt. After 2 years of good vacuum function. However the WhatsApp customer service was quick in replying after understanding the issue and resolved it immediately. I am very happy with the product and the service.

So easy to use and picks up all the hairs from our three pets!
