Avoid these cowboys at all costs!!

I contacted this company in one of their previous guises - Glassolutions - to have a repair done on a leaking atrium roof that they had designed and fitted some 17 years earlier, when they were Solaglass.
They sent two guys round, who looked at it and told me that in order for them to be able to prepare a quotation, I would need a leak test done at a cost of £5K. I agreed. Following one aborted visit where they forgot the equipment, seven months and many phone calls and emails later, they managed to undertake the leak test.
Regular phone calls and emails ensued for a further 11 months, with excuses such as "the commercial director is finalising the quotation" and "I will be chasing with the commercial director urgently". Some 18 months after my initial enquiry I was informed that "the company do not offer a reactive maintenance service for atrium roofs".
Eventually I received a copy of the leak test, which clearly states that the atrium was either designed or installed incorrectly, as the industry standard method of sealing is partly missing.
The company is disorganised, incompetent and will make up whatever they think you want to hear to get rid of you, whilst persuading you to throw money away.
Avoid them at all costs, and check out the reviews under their previous name of Glassolutions.
