Since incorporation in 2006, FFX has grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of high quality tools, fixings and building supplies. Fulfilling over 750,000 orders in 2022.

We are very passionate about everything we do and our excellent and growing reputation speaks for itself. This has culminated in us winning Power Tool Supplier of the year in 2018 and 2019.

Item Dead on arrival, no refund after 1 month.....

Purchased a DeWalt strimmer on 2-Sept. Item was dead an arrival. Still trying to get my money back on 4-Oct. I've made purchases from FFX previously which have been fine, but based on this experience I will never purchase an item from them again. Truely dreadful customer service.

I bought Metabo 0114026038 HC260C 240v Planer Thicknesser Set Including Leg Stand
2monts ago to my project but after 2week it’s broken I’ll write for ffx claim line and advaiser ordered collection back to ffx but after collecting I waiting 21days just for delivered for ffx and now I’ll wait another 10day for return money but still nothing
I’m not recommend to buy anything on Ffx
