I love Ffern
I love Ffern, I love the packaging and special moments they create for the unboxing which makes the entire product into an experience. I love testing the fragrance and being able to return the full bottle if the fragrance isn’t suited to me. The current Spring 2026 fragrance is my favourite yet. I have extremely sensitive skin and it reacts to virtually everything which makes finding a perfume difficult, but this is so natural and light, it doesn’t affect me at all. I love it!

I received my first fragrance and Spring '26 to me just smelt like Lemony disinfectant/kitchen cleaner. So I returned it unopened and to be fair they have processed my refund. But I would say buyer beware as it was very difficult to leave the ledger, despite it being April and way before June/Summer'26. You have to go through numerous screens, they try and retain you and on the final page you are able to exit, but even at this stage it is not obvious. These dubious tactics and other reviewers experience along with not really liking the fragrance, has caused me to leave. Beautifully packaged but I would rather the emphasis was on great fragrance and customer service than marketing.

Great Customer Service and Lovely Perfume
I bought the Spring 2026 edition and found it pleasant. It is more towards the woody scent of petitgrain to me. I am very sensitive to artificial scents, and Ffern is natural and it does not bother me at all. I was able to use it both as a perfume and a room spray. It uplifted a room as I walked in. All it takes is one pump and the cost is reasonable considering the number of uses. I also sprayed it on my clothes and hair.

What a gorgeous fragrance!
I was intrigued by the process for acquiring the latest scent from Ffern, as I always tend to gravitate towards the unconventional... and I wasn't disappointed! The Spring 2026 release is absolutely gorgeous, and I was delighted by all the other little treasures included in the parcel.
This is a sophisticated scent, and over time different notes are released as I go about my day. I also love that Ffern's fragrances are organic (vs synthetic), and its packaging is all recycled and environmentally friendly.
Originally I thought I would try one fragrance just to see what it was about and go my merry way, but I now look forward to next season's release with great anticipation!

I have been a member of over a year, i find the fragances do smell very much of the seasons so if you are aligned to one particular season this may not be for you. But trying to live with each season i really love the fragances i feel like they dont last as long as other fragances so if you are out all day and dont like carrying a bottle this could be a draw back

We also appreciate the feedback on the longevity of our fragrances. Because we use natural fragrance ingredients, our fragrances tend to be different from wearer to wearer. As a general rule, if you are used to fragrances that use a lot of synthetic ingredients (most do!) you will likely find Ffern quite subtle to begin with. It really is worth persevering, as we find the subtle evolution through the day of our natural ingredients is really quite special, and can’t be matched by synthetics!

Shitty product and worse communication. I received my first lottery perfume and I didn’t know the outer box was the sample and not an extra separate from what was the seasonal scent. Welp, can’t get a refund now and I hate the perfume.

A Mother and Daughter Fragrance Experience
I joined the ledger because of my daughter, who was enrolled before me. Receiving these packages every season is an event for us. It is exciting and fun! The fragrances are wonderful, especially this past winter and spring. I used to put these on occasionally, but now it is every day. I love the fact that we have an opportunity to return a fragrance if we don't like it (although we haven't returned anything yet!) The process is very clear! We love the art, the video, the extra special touches that are in the package. We especially like to smell the personal differences when we try out the fragrance! Ffern is an experience beyond the fragrance! We love everything about it!
