Arnaqueurs / scammers !

Évitez absolument ce garage, qui est malhonnête.
Le garagiste Lionel voit arriver une femme seule dont la voiture a un problème précis ( bruit sourd dans les virages) … et ne trouve rien de mieux que de gagner 800€ sur son dos, en changeant des pièces qui ne règlent pas le problème ( changement des amortisseurs ).
Réparation faite : je récupère ma voiture.
Au premier virage, le bruit sourd est toujours là! Je retourne au garage, en leur demandant s’ils ont essayé la voiture .
Réponse de Lionel : «  si vous croyez qu’on a le temps d’essayer les voitures! ».
Pour 800€… ils pourraient!

Je vais ensuite au garage concessionnaire de ma voiture à Toulon.
Verdict : problème de direction.
Je fais la réparation chez eux .
C’est l’arbre de direction de la voiture qui a été touché… et reparé.

Ils me disent, et écrivent noir sur blanc sur leur facture, que FEU Vert Grimaud/Cogolin (situés à côté de Lidl et Grand Frais) a fait et facturé une réparation qui n’était pas nécessaire.
Je tiens la facture du concessionnaire à la disposition de qui veut ( pas possible de la publier ici 😒

Ne faites pas confiance à ce garage Feu Vert , qui fait et facture n’importe quoi pour se faire de l’argent sur votre dos.

Absolutely avoid this garage; it's dishonest.

The mechanic, Lionel, sees a woman arrive alone whose car has a specific problem (a thumping noise when turning)... and thinks of nothing better than to make €800 off her by replacing parts that don't fix the problem (replacing the shock absorbers).
The repair is done: I pick up my car.
At the first turn, the thumping noise is still there!
I go back to the garage and ask them if they've test-driven the car. Lionel's response: "If you think we have time to test drive cars!"
For €800... they could!

I then go to my car's dealership in Toulon. Verdict: steering problem.
I have the repair done there.
It was the car's steering shaft that was damaged... and repaired.
They told me, and wrote it in on their invoice, that : « Feu Vert Grimaud/Cogolin (located next to Lidl and Grand Frais) carried out and charged for a repair that wasn't necessary. »

I have the dealership's invoice available for anyone who wants it (I can't post it here 😒).

Don't trust this Feu Vert garage; they do and charge for anything to make money off you.

Ordered 4 winter tyres. Put my winter wheels on to drive down. Get told the tyres I’ve ordered weren’t available so they’ve ordered 150e more expensive ones… and I had already had 650e worth! No ability to take time off work so I had to go ahead… get a call and they have rounded my wheel nuts with the wrong socket in the windy gun. A known issue with ford wheel nuts if you don’t loosen them first manually. Presented it as my fault and took no responsibility. Managed to get a refund but have to sort my wheels and nuts myself now… and take another half day off work. Will never use again

With the ordering of the tyres, in the garage of Cogolin, it went wrong. No tyres were ordered and the order was lost. They should call us in 3-days, but nothing.
Very unpolite people helping you. When they don’t know, they start helping another client and leave you behind. They laugh about you in your face. I have totally no confidence in the work they did. Never go back again. It took more than 1 hour to change 2 tyres, very bad company, all arrogant

Brilliant garage....turned up in my Defender...needed some help ...they could not have been more helpful...sorted everything straight away...total legends....100% recommend Bon merci

Absolutely disgusting they stole the tools inside the car after changing the break pad

Went there for a “vidange”, booked a RDV online. After inputting the licence plate number, I was suggested to do a “recharge clim” which was on promotion. Thought to myself why not, even tho the air-con on my car worked very well. 2 days before “vidange” air con was still very strong. On the day of vidange Fert Vert said it’s not the right model I have paid (why would their website suggest me to add this then?!) Ok we agreed to leave it since my air-con was still working very strong. However the next time I drive, the air-con doesn’t work anymore, not even a tiny drop of cold air. Unbelievable.

Arrogant and uncaring, they just want to take your money not help. I booked my car in for diagnostics in the hope they could explain why my engine check light was illuminated. They diagnosed a problem with a specific injector but said they couldn't repair it. What kind of garage is so inept they can't replace a faulty injector.

Saturday 26 Dec the afternoon, I had a tyre that was losing air, upon inspecting it I found two nails in it. I went to Feu Vert who categorically told me it couldn’t be repaired. No tyre available for my Toyota Rav 4 I’d have to wait til Monday. I was on route to Calais. They didn’t offer to put my emergancy tyre on and told me to call Recovery. I due exactly that, they recovered me to their garage where they did the the repair and couldn’t understand why they said it couldn’t be done. 45e as opposed to maybe 245e for a new one. Avoid

Great company had few works done to my car change of oil 4new tyres great service happy and very efficient staff keep up the good quality service you offer. And thanks to the working team many thanks. And yes there is no hidden cost or i believe they don't look for it either.. Honestly if people write negative reviews because of the experience they have in counted I'm sure the company will fix it. Once again thanks feu vert 👍

I bought car tyres online. Delivery was in time but it was impossible to mount them the same day even if I had booked this service online at the time of shipping. I had to take the tyres with me and mount them elsewhere.
