I ordered a skirt that arrived fast, but very crumpled and smelling of damp. It came crammed into a small bin bag that had split open and patched with sticky tape. The skirt was badly made with fraying, unfinished seams that had not been secured properly, lots of loose threads, an uneven hem and a length of binding just hanging down that should have been sewn on to the rest of the fabric. Terrible quality. Company did not reply to my emails, so I returned it and got a refund from Etsy. I don't recommend this company at all. They don't care about their customers or the items they sell. The seller even complained that the photos I emailed to Etsy to show the fraying and the unfinished stitching had been taken "too close up"!

I had to give 1 star because the system does not allow any lower.
I ordered two items mid December which, to be fair arrived promptly. However upon inspection, these were mis-sized and had a sour, musty smell. In accordance with their returns policy, I have emailed them several times to arrange but have had no reply, even allowing them time for holiday closures etc.
Having lost the will, these items will now go in the bin. They are not even suitable for charity.
Avoid this company like the plague.

I don't even want to give them one star! Do not order from these people, they are thieves and scammers.
Ordered two items, only one arrived. Return policy is a joke, website says contact us via email for return instructions. Trouble is they do not reply to emails. I have sent 8 emails now which they are clearly ignoring. Currently I have one item which I want to return and no sign of the missing item! And they have my money so obviously do not care! As for the item I did receive, it is not as described, the sizing is very odd and it stinks!
